As a Bahamian, I'm extremely glad to hear that Sam got arrested yesterday. The trend of rich foreigners coming over in The Bahamas to do shady business has been so annoying.
I'm in Michigan and we've been dealing with the same problem for years, except with people from Illinois/Chicago. FIPs as we call them.
Honeymooners are fine though.

Holy shit, about time. I was getting sick of seeing this guy on interviews being portrayed as a humble visionary with a broken dream.
Why is everyone saying that people were seeing him this way? All I ever saw were people constantly criticizing him and talking about his fraud.

It seems like every 5 minutes the DNC gets exposed for having ties with people like bankman and Epstein. Major scandals and yet the MSM that are biased towards them or they outright own is radio silent

One interesting note about FTX's bankruptcy lawyer, John J. Ray III. He was also the bankruptcy lawyer of Enron. So he has covered some of of the biggest bankruptcies in history.
It's as interesting as the lawyer for both Voyager and Celsius when they become bankrupt, Joshua A. Sussberg.

One clarification about donations is that he donated to BOTH parties with customer funds. I dont really care about the parties portion of the story, its really the fact that he spent (unknowing) customer money for things like this

My biggest concern is that he's just too convenient of a fall guy. The feds had to get him, but I guarantee this goes all the way to the top of business and of government.
