It seems like every 5 minutes the DNC gets exposed for having ties with people like bankman and Epstein.     One interesting note about FTX's bankruptcy lawyer, John J. Ray III. He was also the bankruptcy lawyer of Enron. So he has covered some of of the biggest bankruptcies in history.
    It's as interesting as the lawyer for both Voyager and Celsius when they become bankrupt, Joshua A. Sussberg.

    There's nothing bad about regulation. It's just the imposition of order and setting of actual expectations around an industry. Any investors who don't like those sort of things aren't actually there for investment, they're there for a con.

    My biggest concern is that he's just too convenient of a fall guy. The feds had to get him, but I guarantee this goes all the way to the top of business and of government. Plenty of other conspirators with the company and his charities that deserve to rot with him. An obvious example being the girl who "ran" Alameda.

    The issue is that privacy is never considered with the legal system.
    Thus these regulations will be abused by the government to make sure you don’t make transactions they don’t want you to make. Aka DNMs.
    Financieel regulation regarding risk management of these companies is a different issue and definitely welcome.

      it'll be in court, to defend criminal charges. some assets will be secured, as other ppl are going down too. but probably like only another 10% of the missing 5bil and investors will get some crumbs down the road

      The arrest was made in an attempt to stop it... Stall tactics, called for by some of the politicians he "donated" too aka that were laundering money through his pyramid scheme.
