Yes he does actually have kidney failure. One of the photos he sent to the girl had him in a room that said "Davita" in the background, which is a Dialysis Clinic. And he told the girl he has to do this for 4 hours (Dialysis). In one of the streams he showed the stint that is in his neck/shoulder that they use to hook him up to a machine in order to filter his blood. It is absolutely true and I am shocked he did not have kidney failure sooner as his sodium intake was enough to kill an elephant. It is sad that a machine that saves lives is wasted on this... thing.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think that's it. I don't know how strict it is, but entrapment is a thing. As Muta put it in an earlier video, law enforcement can open the door but they can't push you through the door (corruption and collusion notwithstanding). And when it comes to evidence, I imagine security and consistency are super important as well (e.g., message screenshots without the original data probably aren't good enough). I don't know what EDP got off on, but there are rules for how you're supposed to run a sting operation. It's not the police's fault if someone tries to take the law into their own hands and screws up their own case because they have a poor understanding of how the laws work.

Idk how much you know about kidney failure. No kidney = high sodium and sugar in the blood= diabetes and hypertension. Too much sodium =liver enzymes over produce causing failure. Sure, u can have those even without being morbidly obese, but being obese radically increases the chance of u falling ill. Being FAT FVCK isn't healthy, having diabetes isn't healthy, if u have it diagnosed, it's best to make meaningful life changes asap, for example, eat 1 cupcake a week less. And since EDP is FAT, and he just can't stop eating those cupcakes, he probably really has stage 5 kidney failure.
