It’s time to let go. Somebody has to say it, 2.7 million subs and 10-20k views per video, sometimes even less. Engagement is too low. 4 years ago, your channel and Alpha M were in close competition. He’s gone up, and you’ve remained stagnant then declined. What happened? Teaching Men’s Fashion has also skyrocketed. Sorry, bro, somebody has to take the old dog out to pasture; let it go.
If you don't like what is going on here, then you should move on. Respect to these other influencers, but on Teaching Men's Fashion, he seems more interested in bragging about how much money he is making and taking his clothes off. I've stopped watching him. Alpha is better, but he is loading up his channel with sex and dating advice, not style and lifestyle. He has admitted himself recently that he has gone too far that direction. Antonio is doing the right thing. He is doing fine. Selling out your integrity is not a good long term solution.
I put together an outfit using your tips on jean fitting and dressing them up with a jacket and dress shoes from your other vids. I wore it out to a dinner party and the ladies noticed immediately. I got my first compliment in the parking lot no less. The other guys there mostly dressed like schlubs. Your tips are valuable. PS. I got everything from the thrift shop, salvation army, and vintage clothing shop. Total $ invested , maybe $20. One of the ladies asked who was the designer of my shoes, heyheyhey. (little did she know - a pair of dress oxfords, $5, from thrift shop)
Shhhh! Don't let the secret out about thrift stores. Haha. Seriously though I've scored my ENTIRE wardrobe from them! Just a few name brands I've found, rag and bone, Diesel, AG, 7 for all mankind jeans, Burberry, Dolce and Gabanna, Yves St Laurent, Lacoste, Paul and Shark, Dior, Armani, long sleeve button up shirts, a Vintage Burberry suit, a Canali suit, Lacoste polos, Boss cashmere sweater, Versace dress pants, and much more. I'm always getting compliments on my clothes and it looks like I've invested thousands of dollars into them. Little do they know. Haha.
Wrangler Cowboy cut jeans in dark indigo are my go to jeans. Good fit, sturdy construction, & drapes well. It's good with a casual button down, a white dress shirt with rolled up sleeves for an interesting smart casual, a the humble t-shirt
I can attest to Anson and their customer service. I cut my belt way too short, and I reached out to them, they sent me a new one at no cost. I wouldn't have done this if RMRS had never mentioned it.
I am 47 years old and with a body of somewhat athletic. I really like the 501s, but I recommend the shrink to fit. It is a straight jeans, and I like the dark blue color. The best thing is that they shrink to fit the thigh and waist. By the way,the anson belt it’s great, but I think it’s a little bit narrow for jeans. Thank you so much for your everlasting info.
I think one of the battles of well-fitting jeans, especially in classic denims, is that we're applying the fit and movement expectations of a wool or cotton smart-casual trouser to a fabric weight and seam construction which was never originally intended to fit that way. It's a case of "style" and "fit" becoming conflated on a garment type that wasn't historically originally designed to fit, fall, or move in the same way as we now want it to.
The number one thing I find in most jeans these days that make it hard as heck to find well fitting jeans is- the rise. Most jeans off the rack have a crotch that hangs down half your thigh. It’s annoying. What happened to more regular crotched jeans?
What kind of recommendations would you have for deciding on type of socks or colors of socks to go with the dress shoes or boots? Sounds simple but feel that I struggle to choose the right socks.
American Eagle AE AirFlex Athletic Fit and Athletic Slim solved all my jean issues. Decent price, get complements on the fit, soft, comfortable, and stretch. I'm 43 and in the best physical condition of my life. 5'9", 190lbs and 34/32 works best for me. I've got them in all solid colors.
Slim straight and original straight here. 31/34 - 32/34. I agree, they fit really well and they're a great price. I have 9 pairs of AE jeans, I don't bother shopping for jeans anywhere else because I'm usually always disappointed.
You got the fit for bikers switched up. I used to wear skinny jeans but as I fell in love with motorcycles and I got older, my jeans got looser and looser.
One thing I don't hear a lot of big fashion youtubers talking about...budget! Throwing some ideas out there for those of us that have to keep our belts a little tighter is great. Bravo sir!
Great video! I love the note on the stretch. I tried on some Guess jeans yesterday. Their length wasn’t long enough, but they were hugging my legs while stretchy at the same time! I was comfortable!
I have a pair of Levi 511s that are 33x34, Black, they have been amazing but have been starting to wear out so I am going to start experimenting with something more like an Indigo pair. My waist also shrunk a bit so I have to switch to 32x34 so it kind of works out 😂
I'm so glad you mentioned H&M because they have slim fit clothes that actually fit the trapezoid body type nearly perfect. With the money these men will save from bringing their shirts to a tailor, they can splurge on the slim jackets and suits available there. No, H&M is not paying me to say this! Antonio, dark denim jeans usually show off that gold thread really well. At what point would you say "Skip those, too offensive"?
You are uniquely qualified to address this one. I believe you are in Wisconsin or Minnesota. (I'm in Maine.) Winter is coming. That means heavy lug shoes, boots, snow boots, and long underwear. (Not to mentioned sweaters and parkas.) Nobody is addressing this stuff. Seems you might want boot cut jeans for the heavy shoes and boots. You also can't wear trim cut jeans and fit your long underwear and heavy wool socks underneath.
Is it advisable to iron denim incase its care label has iron symbol reflected on it?Is it still fine to fold skinny jean denim at the bottom leg if you wearing it with boots?

Looking for some recommendations for brands of jeans, preferably other than Levi's, for a 56-year-old male, 5'9" and 130 pounds. Looking for something not too expensive and definitely not in the cheap price range. Thanks in advance.
I have anson belts. They are awesome. I also recomment Old Navy or Gap for thick thighs as they are the only ones I can find around here that work. Was wondering about grey jeans and your opinion on them and where to get them. I have black, a neutral blue and dark blue pairs.
I'm pretty rough on my pants. Found that the crotch area broke out after about 6 months. Bought a pair of ABC slim pants from Lululemon and love the fit and dexterity of them. 10/10!

I also noticed you have very few plus size models, will you have more ??? Most of us are looking for a Real manly comparison. Just asking, thanks !!!!!
i am 61 and 5’3” tall with not so fit body. I find the zippers in the jeans too smaller to be able to pee comfortably while wearing the jeans. which brand uses large sized zippers ?
Hi Antonio. Love your content man! I also watch some of your friend's content like Over 40 Fashion. Both you guys are great with awesome advice. I am a jean connoisseur but would like your advice on a particular brand. I have about 6 pairs of Jacob Cohen Italian jeans which I bought over a few years. They are extremely expensive but fit great! One pair had like 5% cashmere in them and I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at the label. I just turned 50 and although I love the brand I can't always afford these. Do you think they're worth it? My next pair may be a nice slim tapered 512 Levi's or 511 slim straight. Just wanted your thoughts on the Jacob Cohen brand. Thanks. Jeff
I always have to go with straight or boot cut jeans. Sometimes even with boot cut my thighs are so big, my wallet & cell phone will still feel tight in the pockets. I don't even fit in skinny jeans. Do to my active life style, I never really hit the gym yet I maxed out at 850lbs on the leg press by 8th grade.

Guess i'll never be in style, because i do not wear a belt, i like suspenders. Also, whether wearing jeans (Wranglers), or slacks, nothing looks or feels as good as a quality pair of western boots. I love high wasted because I'm fit with a big but so I have to put the waist about my butt anything low will destroy my crotch and mid is slightly uncomfortable.
God this is tough. I’m old now but still have jeans from my 30s, when I was actively trying to dress like I did younger w/o really realizing it. Now that I’m older I don’t work out as much and my ass is SO flat. Plus those annoying love handles are nearly impossible to get rid of. It requires being constantly hungry and pretending I don’t want yummy food like pizza. I know because that’s the only way I’ve ever gotten rid of them. Plus as a 40-something, how long can I really go without enjoying good food!!!? Only one life to live you know? All that to say I have no clue what looks good.
Don’t accept your testosterone dropping oh that starts at 30 and not 61. Mine died at 49 and was reborn at 53. Jacked is not the word. Saggy buttocks no more . Love the jeans advice.
You can help with the butt thing with enhancing boxers. At least that helps fill in the lacking buttocks just enough. Otherwise I have to wear really high waist ones. This getting old, guess it's better than the alternative. Selvage is my new pair of jeans.
If you’re 32 waist and 34 leg,you can wear any jeans style,an athletic/slim build ,looks good in whatever..Dad or mom jeans look sh*t,and more suitable for fat old guys😀..Skinny jeans are here to stay
Men used to get holes in their jeans because the work in the jeans... Now, the manufacturer has to make the holes... Because all men do is work on mobile phones and offices... Shame on you.
