I love the single leg RDL and we use it at Vigor Ground often. But when it comes to building strength and muscle, the inability to stabilize the foot and hip, means that for many it's not the best strength and muscle building variation.
Here are two variations of the single leg RDL that with some minor tweak, supercharge the ability to load and build strength and muscle.
Use these exercises in your programs to boost the results and break through plateaus (especially if you haven't used them before).
