  • we are making a mouse pad using infusible ink and cutting it out on our SNC machine, During filming made adjustments to cut pressure. So SETTINGS FOR SNC SDX225 ARE HALF CUT ON AND HALF CUT PRESSURE SET TO 7. SUCCESS!!!! This worked for me .

      You bet!! You can do it!! It's more vibrant in person too, the colors look dull at first and then when you put them on they are quite amazing!!

    I’d tape it down as well, even on a Cricut mat, it’s surprising how fast they become unsticky. I haven’t made any thing yet with my Maker 3 so still a newbie, but

    Hi, is your mouse pad sublimation ready or not?

  • @annphilbeck5174
    @annphilbeck5174 3 года назад +1

    so this can be put through the printer then cut on the scan n cut and iron it on yoyr project?

    • @funtimecrafts2472
      @funtimecrafts2472  3 года назад

      No, I believe infusible ink is different than the ones you print out on the printer. The infusible ink is like a paper with special dye on it that infuse into the material or fiber of what ever you put it on like the mouse pad or you can apply it to a sublimation mug or coaster. The ones you print and iron on are a coating the is heat transfered to like the mouse pad or t-shirt. I believe that is the difference.

    Can you do infusible ink paper to mug? I am brand new here …got brother sdx225f and trying the infusible ink paper by circuit……ohhhhh I can’t get it right……I can’t figure where on scan and cut for half cut setting…..

    • @funtimecrafts2472
      @funtimecrafts2472  2 года назад +1

      Yes you can do infusible ink to a sublimation mug. Make sure what ever you are transferring to is a sublimation item. Sublimation means infusible ink will stick or transfer to it. If the item is material it has to be mostly polyester. The half cut setting is on the last screen where you tell the machine to cut. There's a wrench press the wrench scroll down to 6th one it says half cut. Adjust it there. You can do it. Test cut first so you don't waste your infusible ink.
