Thanks. I have had my sdx1200 for a very short time and have only done the sample project. I wanted to cut a 12x12 card into 9 equal squares but can’t figure out how to do it. Any suggestions I just wanted to start out with something easy 😀
Hi is there only 1 Brother Canvas Workspace or is there 2 ie 1 for Offline and 1 for Mac please or Online? I am a bit confused when trying to load the program.

Hi Mel I love my scan n cut. But it is driving me mad. My mats even the new one goes in at a daft angle. Iv reverted back to my c m because it never happened with that one.😒 so sad Patricia.
Hey Hey I was wondering how to get the scanncut machines to cut inside the figure before it cuts the outer line Such that , if e.g. there is little glue on the mat, so that the figure does not move because the outermost line is cut first, and then cut details inside the figure (as there is a greater chance of it then moving) Can you cut inside first, then the outer line, and can you set it somewhere on Scanncut?

I have got a lot of the starter kits on my cm 900, how do I get them onto my new SDX machine and also set up the Wi-Fi. Also can you use the universal pen holder. I have had my cm900 for quite a few years now and I love it, but I have been hesitating on buying the SDX machine since I first see you on tv creat and craft show and I just wanted it, now I’ve got it I am nervous

I have a cm302 used it one time then they came out with the auto blade so I bought that because I could not grasp the blade setting part. I want to keep you in my pocket so I will use my machine more. Like you it fascinates me and I just want to stare and watch it
Great tutorial, I have seen many scanncut videos and learned from them, your video makes it more explanatory I have tried to learn all about scanncut but had trouble understanding the alignment feature on the machine you just clear it out for me. Brill tutorial. How do i align letters on a page, that I've added singly, that i wish to weld, so they are level please? Also why in the first demo did the squares align on top of each other, but the Happy Birthday aligned as separate, if you get what i mean> Many thanks xx
Hi Maralyn, this usually happens when the mat or rollers need a clean - give the mat and rollers both a wipe then let us know if you are still having the same issue :) thanks
I don't think I have come to the right place but can someone help me please I am having trouble with my auto blade chewing up my card when cutting (sdx1200) Trying to cut out charisma is almost impossible Thanks very much
Hi Maralyn, we recommend a couple of things to do. Make sure your mat is tacky and reduce the auto blade pressure in the settings in the Scan n Cut machine. If this doesn't help, you made need a new blade as your current one maybe blunt. I hope this helps :)

Hi Mel, can you use the embossing tool with the draw command - I need to be able to create and draw a solid score line for folds on 3d items?

The DX more precise in cutting outlines? My scan n cut 2 needs calibrating all the time because it leaves white in areas around the outline.

I am having problems with the embossing on sdx900 the tool this cutting the embossing pad instead of embossing it. please help.
