I bought the cm300 when it first came out. I used it a couple of times before it went on the shelf and has sat there ever since. Finally today, years later I’ve got it out again to see if I can use this to do things that people are doing on the cricut. I was worried that my machine was too outdated but this first video has put my mind at rest that I don’t have to invest in another machine (yet!). Thank you so much Mel. I’ve been playing all afternoon while I worked through this first video and have loved every minute of it x
Excellent Class, so good. I’m a bit slow (getting up there) you made my day. I’ve seen several cut & scan demonstrators, all good, but for me you’re the top demonstrator!

The “paper chef” was a god sent, but I still have learning nightmares & don’t take advantage of all scan & cut benefits & I lose skills as time goes by. Thank you 🙏.

sorry its taken so long to reply! which machine do you have? any of the CM Series should work the same but if you have an SDX machine we have separate videos covering that type of machine as they are slightly different

We dont have a sheet like this, as many people have different ways of explaining to them selves what each button does in their own words. You could use this tutorial and write up your way of explaining which each button does to refer back to?

SVG files and patterns can expand your designs that you can craft with, you can get different designs that you wont be able to create with just the shapes that come in your machine :)
I absolutely hate the scan n cut , I've never had so much trouble with mats loading, and not one person has helped with the problem, now I hear more people have problems with mat not loading. But nobody helps with sorting the problem or why its happening, please please can you help us 🙏 or I can't use it, it might as well stay in the box
have you tied wiping down the edges of the matt with a damp cloth? mty advice would be to email Mel with this question and get her expert advice. You can contact her here - Mel@highlightcrafts.com
Got mine out of the box...have a question..had to order another mat..I got a low tack mat and I re eived one that can be loaded either way but you said the one for my machine Is just one way this one is green. But can either way...how do I get the one with one way

Hi Mel I have sdx 1200 but have put it back in the box as it won't line up with print off's . Very disappointed as expensive .
