2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee NAG1 Transmission Shift Shaft Seal Replacement.

A couple weeks ago I replaced the rusted transmission pan on this Grand Cherokee which turned into a shit show and now it's back with a leak from the shift shaft seal.

Nice. The filter and housing looks a bit like the 722.6 Mercedes trans.
Your tool is still better than the original merc tooling :D just gets the job done!

Yes I agree it is the same transmission just named different. I wonder if the pan clamps are available from Mercedes.

The dealer has a tool to tap the seal in but that would require the removal of the front driveshaft.
