Everything else is immaculate, keep at it but try to focus on being on the beat to become even perfecter! You might be doing it on purpose to emulate Tom's style though, that would make a lot of sense. Verse 1: rushing, nanana: on tempo, bridge: on tempo, verse 2: rushing, nanana 2: on tempo, bridge 2: extreme rushing but fixed it halfway through, chorus 3: perfect except the muted notes a bit rushed

I noticed something you do that I don’t see many others do when covering the song. During the intro riff once you go from the C to the G, it’s that muted A before the F that nobody does and it kinda bothers me. Some will just scratch, some will mute the G but it’s supposed to be that muted A. Well don’t sir!

I think it's a custom build - all parts look good but the bridge is a trem instead of hardtail. Doesn't matter either way it looks sick as hell
The tremolo makes it a build, headstock logo looks like a Squier one. Anyway sounds great so it doesn’t matter.
