I would like to recommend playing a nancy drew game. Especialy now that they are making a small arg for their next game. They are detective point and click games. I would specifically recommend the ghost of Thornton hall. It's an amazing game, and I would love to see your reaction to it.😊

Honestly to me this is a very effective meditation on the creative process. Wanting people to like your art but not being able to share. Rick Rubin talks about this in “The Creative Act” creating something brings something into reality and limits it’s possibilities. He mentions though “the impossible aspects stay in your mind despite the reality on your canvas, but that doesn’t mean those potentials are dead; you can repurpose them
This reminds me alot of Davey Wreden's The Beginner's Guide. Sometimes the relationship between player and game, or even player and dev, is exactly like this. As a player, we consume and devour the content of the game and demand more when there's nothing more the game can offer, and the devs might try to satiate that never ending hunger with more, even at the determent of the game itself, or tell the players it's time to move on. Sometimes, the game isn't for the player, it's for the dev. Maybe it's a pet project that's meant to be a learning experience, or as a way to judge if their "worthy" or not to be a dev.

You should play the game Killer Frequency. You play as a radio host and have to help people calling in to escape a killer on the loose. It's kinda similar to Do you copy?, but a bit longer and more exploration. It's very fun!

I feel that level, putting yourself out there. I am in the process of trying to be creative, I didn't have much time to do it, I just going with the goal to just get my thoughts and ideas on "paper" on whatever/wherever I can. I will show people and see what we think later, but for now I just want it out, as I've been "waiting" for "true" inspiration to hit. It didn't happen so now I will just try everyday, it will get a little easier. But I've gotta do it everyday. That's the hard part.

I feel that level, putting yourself out there. I am in the process of trying to be creative, I didn't have much time to do it, I just going with the goal to just get my thoughts and ideas on "paper" on whatever/wherever I can. I will show people and see what we think later, but for now I just want it out, as I've been "waiting" for "true" inspiration to hit. It didn't happen so now I will just try everyday, it will get a little easier. But I've gotta do it everyday. That's the hard part.
