Hello, thanks. I just bought a vizio tv with smartcast. I installed it in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and I get the message that WatchFree+ is not available in my area (neither smartcast). Do you think that this reset could be useful for WatchFree+ to be available in my area or it won't change anything? Thank.
Hello just got my visio tv and got it work had cable tv but the visio tv is on and cant get back to my cox cable cuz the visio apps and everything is showing
YES I JUST HAD A VIZIO UPDATE AND IT TOOK AWAY MY ASPECT RATIO SETTING, IT IS NOW STUCK ON NORMAL AND CANNOT MOVE IT TO GET HALF OF MY TV SHOWS BACK TO FULL SCREEN LIKE I HAD THEM BEFOR TH UPDATE. WHAT I WANT ED TO ASK YOU, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN STOP UPDATES IN THE FUTURE, I DON'T WANT TO DO A FACTORY RESET IF VIZIO CAN UPDATE IT AGAIN AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE LET ME KNOW? Am I suppose to use a tool or plug in a keyboard to The USB on the back? I really cannot buy another tv at this time and it is a good tv. Great picture. Just keeps blacking out. And it is an older model... When you turn the tv on it just gives you a blue screen. (No Signal)
Crazy. Mine has no menu button. It also has no “reset and admin” options. The tv itself also has no buttons, at all. And there is no one apparently who knows what I’m talking about 😂. Last time I get a Vizio. Trash bag!

@@TinaFBD, not really. We disconnected all the Cox equipment and set up a satellite service and the TV is working fine now.
