      Dear sir , thanks for reaching out here and really sorry for the late response. There many reasons for not connecting the wifi network.
      1. Please replace the router close to tv
      2. Update router firmware version
      3. Use compatible wifi band 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz
      4. Reset the wifi router settings
      5. Check wifi channel
      6. Select DHCP on vizio tv
      7. Connect through cable wire .
      Hopefully these will solve your vizio tv not connecting to Internet issues.
      However any difficulties please inform me. I will be happy to help you.

    Thank you my Vizio tv is okey now after I turned DHCP on. I called my internet provider as I got the msg TV not connecting to internet. After few testing, I was informed that on their side system showed that my tv was indeed connected to wifi and was advised to called my tv manufacturer.I checked youtube and saw this video.

    Hello I have Vizio smart tv about three years it was working naturally last night. I turn on in the morning start experiencing problems with connection Wi-Fi. I have try un plugged and restart tv’s but nothing seen to fix. Am I need a new tv or is there other solution to fix this issue. Thank you in advance

      1. Reset your wifi connection
      2. Replace router close to TV
      3. Update the tv firmware and router firmware
      4. Or use new router.
      5. Use wifi band 2.4ghz

      Thank you for reply. I did a few things like your show on your vids. The TV works now but it’s keep kicking out WIFI one or twice a months I’m not so sure what causing it to do that.

      1. Set wifi band 2.4 ghz instead of 5 ghz
      2. Replace the router close to tv
      3. Set dynamic IP on router settings for all devices
      4. Check tv via phone hotspot connection.
      5. Then Reconnect with router.
      6. Update router firmware
      7. Reset network settings on vizio tv
      8. Change Dhcp settings
      Hopefully above will solve the problem. If not work then inform me. I will try my best.

      Once or twice in a month happening due to network conflict issues. So you need to set specific IP for the tv and other devices in router settings. This will help to resolve the problem. Actually i had faced same problem and after set specific ip for tv and phone the problem was solved.
      Every morning restart your tv and router by power cable unplugging method. This will help to solve the network conflict issue.

      Dear sir, please unplug the powet cable of tv and wifi from the wall outlet. Wait 5 minutes then plug the power cable in back.
      Hopefully this will solve the problem. If same problem then turn on dhcp settings.

    What does the passphrase look like & where on the AT&T modem is the WPA2 passphrase. Vizio is asking me to enter my passphrase

      2. Wifi band 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz what is best support
      3. Replace the router close to TV
      4. Set wifi strong password

    My vision still won't connect im using my phone's hotspot and it v connects to the hotspot but says there's no Internet service from the hotspot ...i checked with a different device and hotspot works great on then so i know the hotspot is good ive factory reset I've called my carrier still nothing..... And the bag party is that the rv was working fine on my hotspot up until 3 days ago when i added another line with more hotspot data to my plan...... Any ideas

    Hello i having an issue with connecting my tv to the internet i completed all the step i go to my network name put in the right password and it still want connect i even restarted my router and it still will not connect the only thing it will say not connected not understand why i thought about resetting the tv but i didnt feel comfortable with that so I came over to RUclips and found your video if you can't help it to be much appreciated

    My Vizio won’t connect to my Gateway GW-1000 in my RV trailer. Vizio will connect to my home router, but not gateway. I can connect phone and laptop to gateway. Why won’t Vizio connect to gateway (it was fine last year). Tried updating tv and gateway and factory resets.

    I changed my wifi password now whenever I try to log into the wifi on the TV it keeps getting the password wrong and won't let me try a new one because it used to connect to the old one
