It worked bro. My tv couldn’t connect to the internet and I tried to unplug it and turn it off but nothing worked so I did a factory reset and it worked. Thanks bro

Had a power surge about a week ago and since then some problems occurred that required a reset and then it stopped working altogether. White light flashes and tv aluminates slightly but no menus or anything. Hope I can get it fixed.
