I love that a tattoo artist actually said this!
That's why you need to think about your tattoos. F.e. I can't have them in visible places due to my career plans. You can be psychologist at PD with them I believe as they don't care although not long time ago we had strict law about tats if you wanted to be cop and non-cop psychologist at PD isn't good career. You can be psychologist in transport, you can probably work in HR if your employer agrees, but for psychotherapy or children? Risky.
When someone with their entire neck tattooed tells you you're unemployable because of your tattoos, he means it.

So, what I meant was that if I had been shown a picture of that tattoo, I would have guessed blackheads first, unlike a lot of the people in the video.
