Great video! Thanks for sharing! Would love to see more in depth of the Autopilot features (navigate on autopilot, stopping at stoplights/stop signs, auto lane change, etc.).
Thanks for the great video of your model Y from 2 years ago. It is now Sept 2023 and I just got my 2023 model Y LR in Aug 2023 and really enjoy the vehicle. Mine is identical to what is explained in this video but I now have HW4 and the newer quality cameras. I do have the 19 inch wheels which is standard and have black interior. It has no bumper sensors so we now rely on Tesla Vision - just cameras. It is not perfect but Parking Assist is adequate for me. Last, I only have Basic Auto Pilot which is at no added cost. I feel EAP and FSD driving assists are too costly as addons and there are things that still need to be worked on to make them better. Thanks again and take care.

Well its been a tick over a month and I'm truly impressed. Serenity is the word that best describes my driving experience.
Don't know how to manipulate the lights yet cause I just leave it on AUTO along with the air and wipers. Works just the way I want so nothing to adjust. Useful information is readily displayed, mapping is superior and charging is effortless. I'm driving a superior vehicle, no doubt about it!
I can understand why they don't advertise because they sell all they make and getting more people to try this car would just create a PR nightmare.
If you try it, you'll buy it, an absolute no brainier.
The S was first introduced in June 2012 and to think what Tesla has done since then just boggles my mind. I'll probably end up one of those Teslanaires recently mentioned even if it's on a moderate level.
VW and GM among others have a huge hurdle to overcome and many are just not going to survive the changeover.
Great video! Thanks for sharing! Would love to see more in depth of the Autopilot features (navigate on autopilot, stopping at stoplights/stop signs, auto lane change, etc.).
Awesome channel man. One of my favorite on your tube.
The entire car looks relaxing :) I love minimalism
It is. With the fantastic sound system, white interior, and glass roof, it is incredibly soothing to drive.
Before I didn’t like Tesla. But now that I watch this video now I like it and now I want one lol
4:37 YO THE SLAM ON THAT DOOR HOLY SHIT
Topher 2024
I’m not gonna lie, I’m kinda in love with the Model Y. Not sure if you’ll get another chance with it, but would it be possible to do a clip with the “navigate on autopilot” feature?
Soon I will definitely get one, hopefully by then they have 400 miles range.
Tesla need to get some architects and designers on board. Their engineering is there, but the Taycan is the benchmark currently for looks, interior quality and engineering. Loving your highway ramp grand prix's, take care though!
I love this car!
I wish they come out a Model 3 wagon then I’ll think about it.
Lol it'd look really wonky, like the Golf 8 wagon haha
@@UsgBifJgpwltA it’s doesn’t matter I really like Tesla unless they comes out a wagon I might buy it though.
@@rileypart1 literally the purpose of the model y 🤦🏾♂️
same , like a big wagon like the rs6 wagon or the e class wagon not those little gay ones
Lower the model y. Problem solved.
If you or Charlie are ever in Scottsdale, you can drive my model 3 dual motor anytime!!
I have subscribed because I love car videos in fpp the way you make your videos .
Amazing video!
This was the moment I was waiting for 😀
The thing is not everybody wants to do everything on a screen , great videos by the way.
Hey man you could please try to get behind the wheel of a Mustang Mach-E?
Funny you mention the asmr, the rocks actually sound better with how i play videos at a faster speed
Nice music choice!!! Coment comes from a proud Model S owner.
Great review Topher! How does autopilot compare with the other leading brands?
Also*** new model y standard available at under 42k now on website
The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't have apple carplay. This would be the perfect car for me if they added a regular gauge cluster and added the ability to make the full screen apple car play. That would make the Model Y an instant buy
Ya that downside of the Tesla but I don’t mind at all.
You need to press the stalk down twice succeedingly to activate autopilot.
“Pink mirrors” is back
Never heard so much wind noise during your premium audio sound !
Awesome and useful review of this car!
Thanks, great review: As usual!
I like this...I also like the simplified interior.
I like how he giggles ("hehehehehe" at 7:21)
yes the return of pink mirrors
Ur the best pov reviewer
Actually Tesla model y is My dream car
I like the concepts but I do not like the quiet cars. I like the classic purrs that cars make. Good video.😅👍
