its a waste of fresh produce, seafood needs to be treated with respect. be it raw or cooked , one or the other not in between.
eeks raw prawns too, its ok to eat lobster and prawns raw , thinly sliced , but half cooked no thanks!
Did he just made a mess of that lobster - you can certainly see why it's only $50
This guys cooking is a mess... now I know why it's only $50... but the ingredients looks really nice...
Sorry, all I could think about was the prawns being cooked alive and the lobster which was probably just cut in half before putting on the hot plate
