This is so great because of the sheer respect given to the ingredients, everything is allowed to speak for itself, there isn’t like 15 things in each dish, just quality protein and vegetables, and a good starch to finish it off.

It's not a shrimp, it was a prawn, they look really similar but prawns are bigger and have 4 front claws instead of 2 (If I remember right)

I thought the same thing, not only this vid, but other vids with OVER PRICED CUTS OF MEAT. THEY LOOK SMALL, but when they cut the meat in chunks, the meat appears to look more massive, even though they're in smaller chunks.
