Lived in Asia for few years .
These resteraunts great . Entertaining as well as having fresh food cooked in front of you.
These chefs are fast as well as entertaining .
Some people think the food is over salty .or oily .. no its not .
Go and experience before you all critisize .. or speak of nothing you know about !!!

Very entertaining. I'm presuming the meal was as enjoyable as the chef.

Lots of circus and tricks just to justify the bill amount......When the food is good, you don't need all that, you just cook it well.

It ever occur to you both that people can enjoy it? And the food can still be amazing. Take your very poor, unproductive critisism elsewhere because if you dont like it you should just leave

This kind of restaurant it's not like those where you sit without seeing what and how the chef is cooking.. Since he cooks in front of you and will takes time anyway to do so, the tricks are meant to entertain people while they watch you cooking.
Only the meat would cost $300, so if you want it good and "cheap" that restaurant wouldn't be good anyway.
