Dr.Hall, I'm from Brazil. And I had an episode that kept me from sleeping well four years ago. I have severe vertigo. Unfortunately in my country they still don't know about Blair. I've been researching this and found you. It has helped me a lot to understand what I am going through. Thank you very much. God bless you

Hi Dr, thanks for sharing your story.
Did you only need the one adjustment and then your body healed over the following months or did you need multiple c1 c2 adjustments to get better?

One great thing about the internet is when medicine fails you look outside and do some digging. Millions are being liberated from being sick by peering outside of the conditioning.

I went to a Blair chiro dr. But I got worse with spinning vertigo and NS reaction. I had to pause.
I have mild CCI and I am planning on Prolo in the future. When do I know the ligament is working enough to keep the cervical in place?

Is the Blair method basically manual atlas orthogonal chriropractic? That’s what it sounds like.

I'm in the bay area, would you still recommend Dr. Thomas Forrest? I looked him up and seems to be still practicing in Pleasanton. I'm in the North Bay near Santa Rosa and I'd more than willing to drive to Pleasanton.

Did you have to go back to be adjusted numerous times? Or was it just that he got the full correction the first time and then your body just needed time to heal?

This sort of anecdotal claim is one of the problems with chiropractic. NO SCIENCE.

James I spent 20 k dollars in the mainstream scientific medical health care system and was failed. I stepped outside of that paradigm and upper cervical chiropractic changed my life. So should I have stuck w the science of medicine and stayed sick??????

This does have scientific principles if the atlas if out of position your body has to compensate to keep your head level. This causes one leg to be longer than the other and your hips and spine are out of balance as well. This video demonstrates this quite clearly ruclips.net/video/uFG5qNw4bEY/видео.html
