I watched your video on melasma/hyperpigmentation and have developed my skin care routine based on your recommendations - (including cyspera) I’m only 2 weeks in and hope my skin can be half as glowy as yours in 14 weeks - I had a super bad case of melasma with back to back pregnancies. Honestly check out Dr. Berg, his advice (B5 [250mg], cod liver oil, zinc supplements) is the only thing that cleared my acne other than accutane. Find a good derm and treat the acne 1st, then deal with the hyperpigmentation. Other than accutane, minocyclin, retin a and benzaclin work well. There are many acne routines by dermatologists on here also Brianna Stanko has good acne product videos. To deal with acne & hyperpigmentation I use Lytera, Skinceticals Phyto+, Osmosis AC Catalyst DNA Serum (Vit C) and Tazorac 0.1%. Gonna try Anteage Brightener next.
