Clones aren't bad when they're done well. This also, from gameplay, this looks much different than Fortnite.. This is more like a bad extraction version of Super People

How far are developers from players today. Literally EVERYONE can see that literally everything is wrong with this game, but the entire studio didn't notice. The game will die on the day of release even if it's free. And the best financial decision would be to cancel it today and transfer the staff to something significant. And not this Fortcord clone.

More and more studios use Unreal, that's the problem. Now it's the problem for those studios to solve that "déjà vu" looks and more and more doesn't address that and end up being called Fortnite Clone (i'm not saying this game doesn't have a fortnite look because it has...)

look at the art direction / overall style and execution compared to a game like deadlock. Looks fine, but nothing interesting and probably cost a quadrillion dollars to make. Too many games to play to come out looking like this...would be shocked if this is super successful, hopefully the live service rush will end soon.

"Hero shooter" is such a stupid and weird name for a so-called genre.
They arent heroes, theyre characters. Imagine calling fighting games "hero fighters". Imagine calling platform games "hero platformers".
It is a multi-player shooter with a variety of characters to choose from.
