You manage to explain everything in such detail without throwing out a ton of medical jargon. I greatly appriciate all the information that you include in your videos! I am so glad I found your channel!
Very promising site that I just discovered. My wife aged 75 has a mild form of OA. She likes outdoor swimming and mild hiking, but she also needs indoor activities as well as better planning for keeping as agile as possible. We will pick videos from this rich source to improve her everyday life (and mine).
I am not sure how to do enough, but not overdo. I am sore all the time. ( rt hip, and now pain behind the knee) i have been walking 90 min 5 times per week, and gym workouts 2 times per week. The intensity is low to medium i feel.
I have had GOA for ~20 years. Started in my back and progressed to everywhere else. Far worse on my right side. I have crepitus in the joints of my upper back, cervical spine, collarbone, shoulders, wrists and hands.
Hi, Alyssa. Can you recommend any exercises for fibromyalga? You didnt talk about any in this video. My doctor just told me general things - sleep, therapy, eating better. Your videos are Very Helpful. Thank you.
I have bilateral hip bursitis, glute tears, hamstring tendinopathy and osteoarthritis of the sacroiliac joints. I’m in constant pain in the low back and hips, which strengthening exercises do you recommend?
Around 6 months pregnant I started to not be able to walk properly. I was told SPD and given crutches. Fast forward 8 months and I'm now being told it's Osteoarthritis and the weight of the baby aggravated the hip. I've not been able to walk unaided ever since. The tightness in my groin causes constant limping. Really gutted with two young children. They want to give me a steroid injection. I'm anxious, will it make things worse?
The struggle is real, 4 years ago i has some issues in the lumbar area (bulging discs and dehidratationnof disc), things got better over the next 2 years, with some flare ups from now and then. Unfortunatly for two months the pain moved in my thoracic area and strangely for some reason my low back never hurt since then. The mri confirmed degeneratiin from T7 to T10, i started treatment for about a week, meds and some exercices, the exercices helped in a way but some of them trigered muscle spasm a little lower in my back. The pain is really bad now, especeally when i bend my neck down. I feel this is more of my fault that i exagerated with the core exercices, too much all of the sudden. I think i should explore more types of movement because some defenetly flare my pain. Sorry for the grammer, I am from Romania and my english is very muddy.

I have both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in my right knee. I have trouble straightening my leg while walking. What exercises could help me?

My wife has chronic osteoarthritis of the hips unfortunately the pain is so intense it’s stopped her from doing any exercise.
Gosh has she tried seated work outs? I did those for a few months. Found on You Tube. Works core and arms , cardio:)
