Love the video. Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom home, yet VERY expensive. Where do the people get the money to afford such home? I work very hard, yet I can't afford to buy any of the neighborhoods you mention.

Orlando, I totally feel you there! The good news is, prices are starting to come down and they should continue to drop until Spring, at least, maybe even through summer. Honestly, the biggest sleeper neighborhood bang for your buck right now is North Decatur. Please check out my North Decatur video for more info. My family has lived here for 20 years and we love it. It's really a great spot, inside the Perimeter, with a very wide range of choices in house styles and price points. Moving outside the Perimeter, I am a big fan of Tucker, Lilburn and Lawrenceville.
