Omg all of you in the comments are so rude. Although I do agree that air dribbling is not allowed in games it is a fun thing to practice. Also, all you you saying she sucks and she cant play are really annoying. So what she isnt a professional? It looks like shes having fun and enjoys playing so you don't need to criticize her this much. Oh and ps some of you need to go back to elementary school and learn how to spell. Dont judge someone else when you are nowhere near perfect.
2nd one is surelyyy obstructing? And I’ve never seen anyone hit like that aha i would suggest push where you just leave the ball on your stick or bring ur other (lower) hand up (like golf)
You can do a 360 spin if you are still moving forward, not just block the defender from the ball. If you are blocking the defender and not moving forward, then yea, that is an obstruction.
It is Hockey... It was invented years prior to ice hockey. Ice hockey is very popular in Canada and some places in the states. But a majority of the world, call this sport hockey. Field hockey is also much more challenging than ice hockey. Based on the skills. Look it up if you do not agree, but insulting comments about something you are completely uneducated in is a very good way to piss people off.
Field Hockey tryouts today! I'm so nervous!

Rules changed a few years ago. You can only obstruct if you don't have control of the ball.
depends...
Elbows..
It's called a spin dodge, and if you do it fast enough, the refs don't call it.
Why do you wear goggles ? I have never seen any field player wearing them before. Must be a US girls hockey thing ?
On grass only, on turf we don't
Shayd_45 i play grass never seen this aha. What’s it for?

what you call air dribbling is illegal
You can air dribble as long as the ball is below your knees.
sorry but air dribbling is illegal in field hockey...
and can cause serious damage to someone if not doing carefully
Wow you must be so good at it, you know so much.
Yeah She's really good at so that she don't know you can do it 3 or 4 times. Just saying...
It is not, I've seen it done in a game, only below the knees
The rules have changed you're able to now
This is not hockey. This is for people who cannot skate.
