    Hi guys, 1st fxxking awesome stuff and it helps me immensely so a big thank you 🙏🏽. Though I’m a veteran i still constantly want to improve but my knees are not young anymore. So my question is I’m 176 (5’9) been using 36.5 my whole life. Doc advises me to bend my knees less, so been trying to change to 37.5 but still can’t get used to it. YOur advice? ANd what do you use Lawrence? Thank you

      @HockeyheroesTV  3 года назад +1

      Thank you for the support! I’ve also switched to 37,5.but it also took me some time to get used of it. So keep training and it will automatically come to you. 👍🏼🏑💪🏼

    A red herring is something that misleads or distracts from a relevant or important question. It may be either a logical fallacy or a literary device that leads readers or audiences toward a false conclusion

    • @koenscherpenzeel3498
      @koenscherpenzeel3498 6 лет назад

      Je maakt 2 teams. Ieder team gaat bij 1 lijn staan (de zijlijnen of als je de harde versie speelt de achterlijnen) de bedoeling is dat je om de beurt de bal over de lijn van de ander slaat. Als je de bal van je tegenstander stopt moet je de bal vanaf de positie waar je hem hebt gestopt in 1 keer terug slaan. Als je de bal over de lijn van de tegenstanders schieg heb je een punt. Bij 5 of 10 ( mag je zelf afspreken, kan dus ook meer) heeft dat team gewonnen en bepalen dan een straf voor de tegenstanders. (Bijv. push-ups)

    It's called the hering (haring) because of the combined shape of the path of the offender and the path of the ball, like an oval or a 'haring' shape.
