So I am from Germany, do you think a week, in the next summer vacations, in England where I do Something like a Hockey bootcamp and a language course will Help me improving more then a "bootcamp" in Germany? Sorry for every foolish mistake I did in the Text, Hope you Unserstand
I’m always the sixteener (aka in goal) because I can score just not that great at it I’m better at tackling and wacking people in the shins 😅. But in England my bro is like oh hockey is not rough Me: coming home from a match having one of my teammates just give someone a lump on the head 😅
i have a question when attacker turns his back towards you then what should a defender do ??i mean attacker coming at uh and then turn his back towards uh what should a defender do??anyone??
Is that advisable to jab in the circle?? I play forward, If I am attacking from the mid and there are two defenders in front, then what should I do; move to my stronger side (right) or to the left for tomahawk?? What should be the preference and why??? In the next video can you please explain the difference in sticks for forwards, mid fielders & backs? Thanks
In the circle you need to be very careful because you don't want to give away a penalty corner. It depends on the situation but in the circle it's more about preventing them from shooting at the goal. I stand in front of the shot with my feet behind my stick so they can't shoot at my feet.
Good video with useful tips. Only a pity that the sound was of such a poor quality that at times it was difficult to hear wat was being said.
your accent sounds South African, by the way, this helped me a lot, I play right back and will use these methods to help me
Yes we are both South African and lived in England for 10 years so sometimes theres some confusion :-)
