The most important factor in being able to hit high is the bow of the stick. A bow with more of a bend such as a low bow will make it easier to lift the ball. A bow with no bend like a mid bow will make it harder to lift the ball. If you are struggling to lift the ball, try and use a stick with a differnet bow type.

No. All sticks easy to hit top bins with. More extreme bows harder to control
