- How do you get fit for hockey? Get ready for the new season with these 3 exercises! Only running will not be enough to get hockey fit. You need to get the hockey movements in there and break a sweat!

how to choose the best hockey gear? like example the stick figured on the shape, weight, bows, shin guards ,gloves please
Choosing a hockey stick is all up to your personal preferences and how you want to play the game. Most of the higher end sticks are made from 95-100% carbon and will last a long time through vigorous use but the shape of the bow and hook and weight is up to what you like. Same goes with the shin pads and glove. I suggest checking out and testing all the different types of bows ranging from extra low to mid. Next look at the type of hook whether you like a broad wide hook or for of a thin tighter hook.

@@themysticsinghgamer7941 I would personally recommend Osaka pro100 but if you can’t afford that (it’s quite pricy in my country) you should check out Grays sticks or Gryphon. As for your bow I find it easier to play with an extra low bow as a forward but when you play as a back a mid bow and as a link a low bow. These are just my preferences though and I would suggest trying out the different brands and bows and figure out which you prefer.

Thank you for the tips on getting fit. I am a part-time hockey player and also an amateur coach for mini hockey players in Hong Kong. Winning these shoes will help me to run better, improve my skills and eventually make more money for the hockey club through sponsors, so the players can buy more equipment and hopefully become talented athletes like you.

Ik zou onwijs blij zijn met nieuwe schoenen omdat ik al jaren last heb van shin splint aan beide benen en het beïnvloed mijn hockey heel erg! Hierdoor moet ik regelmatig nieuwe schoenen komen om de demping optimaal te houden. Mijn schoenen zijn helaas alweer aan vervanging toe en zou daarom heel graag deze schoenen winnen. Thanks voor al je goede en nuttige video's, ik gebruik ze voor mezelf en om training mee te geven!

thanks for the video!! although i've been playing hockey from a young age, i've only started playing competitively this year and a pair of those hockey shoes would be perfect for me to utilise my full skill as the pair i have currently are falling apart. A great player and a great coach here free of cost and easily available...Its enough to train us for becoming a best hockey player and also u are motivating the youth by gifting sticks sometimes and now it's the shoes turn so u are really working hard...I think it's enough for u to train us only this motivation can carry us until and unless we become the best players.If I get the shoes so I will get a chance to practice smoothly as these shoes have good grips and it will be a reminder of u as well...Keep training us sir we are here for this

Been watching your videos since early '19, and that has reignited my passion for hockey! Sadly in my last game the bottom sole of my right shoe came off and now I'm pretty much shoeless for a couple of weeks! Thanks for the great tips on getting fitter! And all your other videos we love watching you and have learnt a lot. My mum and I put them into practice together. I wear through shoes really fast playing hockey so I'm always in need of a good pair, so these would be perfect.
I always enjoy your videos and tips! I'm itching to get back to the upcoming hockey season having watched the Women's World Cup and Commonwealth tournaments this summer. I could certainly do with a new pair of shoes for the new season after having picked up nasty ankle sprain a couple of months ago and slowly getting back into fitness. You never know the new new shoes may help me run faster too!

I am in big need of a new pair of shoes as I have recently torn them after scoring a beautiful tomahawk and falling over lol. Great video! I love the tips and advice you give. Always great to hear it from someone that as played at the highest level. I dont need the trainers to be fair, but I would love to win it to give it to one of the juniors players in the team I play for. He is a u16 player with great potential, and fully deserve it for his work ethic and commentment in training and games.

I am a 14 year old boy from South Africa and have been using second hand things my whole life, i currently have old second hand shoes that are too small and some new Osaka hockey boots would be absolutely amazing and I would be extremely grateful.

I think the shoes is great for the hockey, the lower sole of the shoes is great texture and made for the hockey. And which is made only for the turf. If I get to win this shoes.. I really need new shoes ,i curently play with running shoes because my hockey shoes broke
you always give tutorials that are very easy for us to understand from the beginning, but unfortunately in my country it is very difficult to find suitable shoes for playing, that's why I only use running shoes that shouldn't be used to play hockey, sometimes it makes my feet hurt.
I'm really looking forward to your shoes.

I think I need those shoes because my eyes have been on those ones specifically for a long time but can't afford and applied to get a sponsorship from Osaka so I could hopefully get a discount but that didn't work out also, so now I'm here aiming to get more fit for hockey to improve my skills by watching your videos which by the way has really made a big impact on the field from my side, now that I see another opportunity to get the shoe I have installed on my wishlist this is me giving it another try...the truth>>>
