Thank you for these exercises. They have worked brilliantly for me. I am no longer in pain; have resumed my gardening; housework; and looking after my little cavalier dogs, and no more medications for pain. Thanks a million.
Glad I found this.,was having lower back pain, went to the doctor was told it is athirst and that I need to do some exercise to strengthen the muscle in my back, this is just wonderful.Could feel a difference within 2 days. Thank you so very much as a senior I can still get down on the floor right now once in the morning then before bed.
I have a hard time getting myself to do my exercises for my lower back, but now I have my five minute "Date with Doug" every day, and am hoping to build it up to more than five. Thank you for your gentle encouragement.
Glad to find these exercises; I am not able to keep up this “pace” however. Wish each move was a little more slowly demonstrated for controlled engagement of the appropriate muscles, etc. You’d think I could just memorize the basics and do them on my own …
You can slow the video down by adjusting the play speed. Touch the screen and you'll see a 'gear' looking icon. Touch it and look on that menu for playback speed. Choose what is comfortable for you. Hope this helps!
New subscriber here. Looking forward to going through the play list and getting myself mobile, fitter and happier. Thank you SO much for sharing. God bless
My chiropractor recommended I try new exercises and take Unflame Herbal. I just ordered the supplement 2 weeks ago and can already feel the difference. Hopefully with the addition of these exercises I will regain full mobility. Thank you!
TLDR below. I’m only in my twenties but I have chronic severe back pain that sometimes immobilizes me. I’ve tried other lower back pain tutorials in the past but they always move so fast and they often cause more damage. A friend recommended I look up exercise tutorials for seniors and honestly even after doing this just once I can tell it’s going go be an improvement. After following this video my back felt loosened but not overextended like I’ve felt after other videos. I’m hoping to make this a routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone of any age. TLDR: even if you’re 20 this, try this tutorial especially if you have chronic back pain.
Thank you for your wisdom and encouragement. I'm in my 60's and was very physically active when younger, (running, rowing, weight lifting & weight training classes) But for the last 24 years my husband and I have taken care of our beautiful special needs daughter. I have been looking recently for some sensible lower back exercises as my lower back has had overuse at times from lifting her. I stumbled on to this short video, and immediately thought that it could help. I've seen some kind of scary videos that I am afraid will hurt some people's backs. 🙁 This one really looked safe and like it will target the necessary muscle groups for strengthening. 👏 It was nice reading your comment that gave it an extra endorsement. Good luck with your back health. 🌟
thanks a lot you have shown in a very nice and clear I have pain at the back only on right hip fro waist the entire right hip at the back never i had pain this is the first time please give me reply
Can I do these 4 exercises for lower back 2 or more times per day? I’ve done them once a day for five days and I’m experiencing a lot of pain reduction in my lower back just like you suggested. I am a 69-year-old male, and about 50 pounds overweight, although a year ago I was 80 pounds over and have been dieting under a doctors care. Thank you so much for your help! Brian
Thank you for this! Sending over to my mom and all of her friends. She has been looking for some exercises to do that are not too straining. For anyone that has similar back problems to her, she has been taking Unflame Herbal supplement which has made such a difference in her life. She is still always looking for exercises to do which she could not have done before taking Unflame. Thank you!
Hi Bob. Start small. Stop with any discomfort. Do one more than you did yesterday today. When you feel like it’s easy, do another. Listen to your body. If you do 5 for a month that’s okay. It’s better than 0
My mother is 65 years old. She fall down yesterday and had pain straight under the armpit until her ribs on the left and on the right. She is difficult to sit and walk for a long time. What exercises she can do to relief her pain if she is only could bed rest? Thank you for your reply
The first 3 exercises got rid of my lower back pain after 2 days. I do them 4 times a day.

Thank you that you’re catering for seniors.
Great video with really helpful stretches! Plus I can listen to this guy's voice all day... so calming!
Thank you. This is what I was looking for.
Thank you! So many of 4 critical stretches or exercises are done by people under 50. Some of them shouldn't be done by elders. These are doable.

How many repetitions for each exercise? 10? 15? 20? I'm 72 and don't want to hurt myself by going overboard. Thanks.
