I went to physiotherapy for back pain but i dint get time to do stretches so I got my pain back and I forgot the stretches he showed it to me…I saw your video and now I remember these are the stretches he showed me…it relived my back pain back then I got my back pain again so I am going to do it daily…thank you

as a 14 year old who has been suffering from back pain (possibly genetic? but mainly caused by posture and not being mindful [by genetic i mean that my dad has chronic pain and so does my grandfather, i think my dads is from military but my grandfather hasn’t served so i am not truly sure]) this has helped so much thank you!!!
I’m 17 but have had back pain since middle school. The things that helped me most was to exercise, lower stress, and stop slouching all the time/laying in bed, but still, the pain will just pop up sometimes and it’s so aggravating. One time I had it during school and as soon as the lunch bell rang I went straight to the field and laid on the grass, it seems to help a lot to lie flat on the ground. Anyways, hope your problems are getting better, you are not alone!!

My beloved daughter texted me asking how I’m doing. I told her about my back pain, she said to do some back stretches, I said my back is super heavy while in bed and feels like my lumbar spine belongs to a horse and I could barely turn in the bed, so she send me this video with this exercises while in bed. So, I thankful to my daughter for her care and for sending me this video. Also, want to thanks the Dr. for posting this video!

gave out my back while letting myself drop on a reclining chair...never again, had ice cream on my hand but anyways, did i felt a sharp pain as i sat down from it a little too fast. so it eventually got worse over time and at night it was a pain to lay down and getting up and i did some of the exercises i could in my condition and i slept great! even when i woke up, i did them again because i didn't want to get up with a frozen back just incase and thought i warm my back up before doing so and i got up without any discomfort. even as im sitting down, i still feel the tireness in my back from yesterday but i will be including these exercises daily when im ready to sleep and when i wake up. great vid!
I was in a car accident in May 2020 and hurt my back big time. I stop going to different doctors appointments because it only gets worse. I’m just checking in with this one now while laying on my bed. I started doing it and it is painful. I hope it will get better. I’ll just take some pain killers and go to sleep and I’ll find out tomorrow morning if I can do it again or not. Thank you for the tips.
