Take it as a not really credible source. You do soft, if you did hard that could cause a gum recession.

Yes. Brushing with hard tooth brush and heavy forces cause gum recession. U need to brush as gentle as possible😊😊

Front teeth visible area/surface u can use same technique 10 vibrations and 3 wiping moves. Inner surface vortical strokes as shown in video. Biting surface horizontal moves as shown in the video. Hope you get clear idea. 🤔🤔🤔

wiping strokes help to clean areas in between teeth. Otherwise we only clean the gum margin and left the microbes and food debris in between our teeth. 🤔🤔

@@drtoothmate but not so, areas between teeth aren't touched by wiping strokes. People not flossing or knowing how to floss right puts dentists' kids through college. Sorry but must disagree, as a former dental hygienist

Yeah you are right at that point. Interdental cleaning must be done. But I just tried to demonstrate the Modified bass method. That is the method we were taught in our Dental school. Thank you very much for sharing that with me. And nice to meet you 😊👍

I’ve done it with plaque tablets and it worked it’s hard to remove it in between gums on the front side where interdental brushes don’t reach
