I've been gymming for almost two years now and this is to all the people who are starting new: aim for the swimmers body. Don't bulk up more than you need. Bulk up just enough so that you look muscular. Go for high protein diet. Include walking in your workout. Cardio won't help you as much as walking regularly will. Tried and tested.
Bulking up is not that easy which can be done in an year or so anybody who is bulking up will be working out for a few yrs if not decades and i think he would know better abt his physique
@@mohit8335 I went from 65 kg to 68 kg in a matter of 3 months. Bulking and gaining muscle are two different things. There is healthy bulking which takes time and dirty bulk which works in months. You might be talking about gaining muscle and getting big or shredded which takes maybe decades. Try eating 5 chapathis, 5 whole eggs, oats with milk, 200 grams of rice and whey protein.

Din bhar kaam aur high protein meals, salad aur rice. Aur as a sweet dish main koi chotasa fruit ka tukda jaise pineapple, apple, melon, kiwi khata hoon. Jabb aaya tha tab 115kg tha abb 90kg ho gaya hoon. Abb thoda muscle bhi dikh raha hai arms par. Pr abb 10 din mein meri training khatam ho jayegi. Mujhe darr lag raha hai ki wapas jate hi Mera weight gain na ho jaye. Please sir fatloss ke baad weight maintain kaise kare uspar ek video baniye...also v shape body kaise banaye ( wider shoulders, back, chest and narrow hips, waist)...

I love how Abhinav doesn't recommend higher protein intake (1.7 -2.5g /kg of body weight) like other youtubers. He knows fixing diet and enhancing it by a little bit (1.25 g/kg of body weight) will give you more results. Yes it will take a little long for results are also long lasting. I weight around 74.5 right now and I can manage close to 90g of protein per day. This is possible and enough for people who weigh even lesser.
It was only when I came out of the Bodybuilding diet mindset and coaching clients who had regular fitness goals, I realised the importance of less is more for general wellbeing and fitness
Abhinav Bayya recently ICMR said that lot of young people are getting heart attacks due to covid and they also informed that we should stop doing heavy workouts especially cardio can u please share a video on this and please help us 🙏
