Stumbled upon this product while on amazon, hunting an adapter for my new sharpies that I recently purchased for addressing Christmas Cards. My Craverland kit just arrived today and instead of reading instructions I came to ole trustful RUclips and found your helpful video. I tested a few pens and then tried all 10 of my Crayola Fine Line Markers. I am highly pleased with this product and thank you for teaching us how to use it.
Thank you. I just purchased it. I have so many pens and adapters because this is my favorite feature but I hate switching them out and digging for the right ones. I hope this will be a game changer for me.
Following up on my purchase. It was awesome. I used my Gelly Roll pens. So nice to use one product and not try to find the adapter to go with which brand pen. Thank you for sharing this find with us.
No, but I also wasn't trying to be super precise. I was just writing on a sheet of cardstock to test out the different pens. I would have to play around with it some more on something smaller like a card to see. It works good in my opinion!
Bit late to the party but I bought these adaptors a few months ago after I'd seen other people mention them on Facebook. And yes, if you're after precision these won't work because tightening the clamp pushes the pen tip off centre. I like to make draw then cut cards and these adaptors won't work for that. For straight up writing or drawing with no precision needed they're great, but if you're drawing then cutting round the pattern, the cut will be unaligned.
Is it me or does anyone else have a hard time getting the original pen holder out? I am squeezing and pushing up but it won’t budge. It’s a weird angle to be doing that too.
It can be very hard, I actually knocked my clamp loose once trying to get it out. I have to stand up and push up very hard from the bottom. I have a mini panic attack every time
@@kaila288 I finally got it out but the whole ordeal just makes me want to stick with my Cricut pens or those that don’t need the adapter. I’m really afraid to break it and I just got it last month. Love your channel though!

Today I learned the front flap on my Circuit has storage. Just added this tool to my amazon basket along with a load of gel pens, thanks for this!

Thank you so much
You're welcome! ❤️
Did you find that the text printed higher than you thought on the page because the pen isn’t centered in the holder?

Great idea, but I can't get the A holder out of the Cricut. Help
Could you try to write and then cut around it? I wonder if the text would be higher because the pen is not exactly centered. Thank you!

@@wendycampion2961 thank you for replying, Wendy!
will this work on a cricut joy xtra?
I don't have that machine so I'm not sure. Hopefully someone else in the comments can answer that question for you.
I was just wondering do you have any pen and gear markers from Walmart?
I'm not sure what that is so I'm gonna say no, I don't have any.
How do I buy one of these adapter please??

Thank you! I never take that adapter out so I only had to do it once. The adapter itself works amazing!
@@kaila288 Thank you. I pushed as hard as I could, and finally got it out. My hands are still shaking from the ordeal.
