      Go to the settings, the gear in the top right corner. lower the speed. I use this feature a lot, bits usually to speed up the videos.

    A great free hack to keep vinyls from unrolling is to use the cardboard inserts from bathroom or kitchen roll. Simply cut along one side and hey presto!

      Snap 😂 I’ve done some vinyl transfers but that’s about it. Maybe I should’ve got the joy instead of all that money for a maker 😞 I don’t know where to start tbh and all the houses cost money again x

      If you start with small projects, then the intimidation will go away. Try doing some cardstock projects. And cricut's website does offer free learning plans. There's also a few youtubers that offer free tutorials. Find one or two that fit your way of learning. Don't get overwhelmed by over-subscribing as you'll end up getting confused.

    • @KaSarr
      @KaSarr Год назад +8

      I too was intimidated. It took me over a year to open it. On FB and Instagram I've seen these ads for the free workshops and summits. DO THEM!! I have been to enough of them that I'm at total ease now. Especially in Design Space.
      I've gone from some vinyl on Christmas ornaments too layered paper cards and shadow boxes, and now, I'm waiting for my 11 in 1 heat press. I can't wait!! Do the workshops. They're free and can be rewatched for 24hrs. I just wait for evening and skip the ones I'm not interested in.

    I have a Cricket Joy and I have a file box I use to organize my vinyl. I usually get all my vinyl from Amazon because it's cheaper and I already have consistent vendors I buy from. I precut my vinyl to the 4.5 by 12 and organize them by color. I'm actually thinking about getting a four-drawer filling cabinet to store my vinyl in because it will be me more space. Love these hacks :)
