Question: for customer LTV what’s the timeline for that? Literally just forever or can you estimate annual or monthly value?
strictly speaking, for subscriber lifetime value it's "forever until they unsubscribe".
But it's a good idea to break that down month by month for the first 6-12 months. This gives you an idea of your payback period (how much you can afford to spend on subs if you have to make it back within X months).
