    1) Simultaneous Parry and Jab
    2) Parry then same side cross (follow up with a hook)
    3) Step back with rear leg (straight back) then cross
Stay loose, keep moving, be agile, and keep training

Word of advice. You need to jab when out of range.
Learn how to hit with power !

Amazingly and concisely explained. Everything mentioned is exactly what I say to my students, especially conserving energy, shadow boxing etc. One thing I add is not telegraphing shots, and effectively loading. Simple, basic yet high effective jab counters. Low risk high reward strategies. The padman Drian is amazing with his padwork and style.

you want to predict any punch?
the jab: look at his height if you want to do a jab that would do impact someone must lean forward with it causing their head to be lower then their previous height so if they get shorter step back
the cross: their face is tilted sideways or you will see the side of their face before they land a shot you litterally cant do a cross withought tilting your head or it wont cause damage so if you see tilted head duck down and step farward to counter with a uppercut
but if you already see that their shoulders are tilted its too late and the punch will already have hit you by then so watch the face tilt not the shoulders because the face is the first to tilt before fully tilting with the whole body for the cross
notice though if they are gonna do combos this wont work because they will change up their stances too fast for you to notice but what you can do is if they
if they do a cross with secret combos coming
you should do what i said above about predicting a cross then if you upercut it might damage them but you could also choose to just back away after dodging the cross so you dont get caught in a combo but if you choose to stay their think of the possible things that could happen in a awkward stance like a cross they would only be able to hit you with their elbo, since you dodge down they would also be able choke you if it was mma or they would also be able to land a low cross from their other hand but so its best to just back away after dodging a cross and turn in the angle that is the opposite of the hand they did the cross with so they have to turn a lot in order to hit you again then do a simple punch to the face from that angle.
i know the cross and the jab is all i have here but these are the punches that will trouble you the most so master predicting them helps alot

I agree with all of this however I started to come across people who threw their shots in strange ways and it was very unpredictable and very tricky to get the hang of after going from a traditional fighter who will most likely do the subtle adjustments to throw their strikes like you listed above but again I agree with all of it and good to see people sharing their knowledge

You would be able to take alot of these new kids in the fighting game from their audience and introduce them into the world of fighting. Please consider doing this I believe it will be very beneficial for your channel and very beneficial to all the new kids just getting intrested in the fighting game. If doing that goes very well like I predict you should consider boxing other youtubers these are huge opportunities I hope you take full advantage of!! Kind regards your fan - Parker

Hey Parker, I appreciate your comment; that's very good advice. I definitely want to educate the new viewers on proper fight technique and etiquette. However, I'm not a big fan of how this fight is being promoted. In fact, I was asked to fight on the card of the first match, and this was my response: instagram.com/p/Bm6CQC4jRm1/?igshid=1tzwoikucr7k1
I'm open to suggestions, if you think there would be a way of aligning with this event. Thanks again, Parker!

@@fighttips thank you so much for getting back to me. I completely agree with everything you said on Instagram! I'm glad you're able to hold your values that created this channel so well. If you wanted to have a small part in this, making videos about proper etiquette in fighting and how people should act towards their opponents would be awsome to watch. Because alot of these kids are definitely getting the wrong impression of competing. I can 100% see why doing that wouldn't be very like you. Since their would be hate on all sides. And you might not want be involved. Etheir way I love the channel and what ever you make I will support it.

While awaiting knee surgery, I learned how to box. It made my muay thai so much better. Not at first haha. But once I got the muay thai footwork back, my hands, my footwork, my breathing, my flow, everything was better. Being good at boxing also opened up the body a lot for me because people would cover up the head. Throwing these loose combos also made it easier to know when a kick was coming because theirs hands were busy and I could think big picture.
