Top gear should really do a mystery challenge, give the guys £2000 each and tell them to get any car that they think will be able to stand up to everything the TG team throw at them and then give them random challenges that will test the guys vehicle choice
+Bobby Ray Parris Me too. However, Clarkson was a ticking time bomb waiting to get fired. Previous remarks and actions on camera leading up to him getting fired showed us that he was on borrowed time with the BBC. The end was near, even though it was hilarious at the time.
Watching these in 2024 and seeing the trio in their prime and so young is strangely emotional. It’s a sad reality that we aren’t ever going to get a show quite like this. These three are the most unique and amazing TV presenters in history.
5:18 “You CANNOT see where the front is” Clarkson, this is why modern cars of 2018+ have cameras on their front grilles. Take my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL for example, we have 7 cameras on that car, all for parking and reversing it.
Looking it for the third time I discovered that your selection on this Van's is in what you want. 1. If you want something fast but without many space buy hammond van 2. If you want to balance speed and space go with Jeremy's van 3. If you want to carry an entire house at the cost of speed go with May's van
Jeremy had the best choice of van. The Ford Transit was part of my early childhood. Going to school, I had the Ford Transit as the school bus a few times-the mk3, the facelift and the mk4. We even had the LDV convoy as the school bus at one point.
Years ago, an ex mate of mine had a white Transit and went to get an LDV he was looking at purchasing, so I drove the Transit back. When we got to dual carriageway we had a stop start race like this one from the roundabout and the Transit walked it. My mirrors were full of LDV. Both just panel vans we used, not one a Luton like in the video.
+Jose Cuervo I found out that the Top Gear trio are doing Top Gear on Amazon Prime. Sure, viewers will have to pay a subscription fee, but so do you with BBC TV. It's called licencing fees.

i feel like these guys could make a snail race exciting
they would probably put engines in em with aerodynamics in the back and maybe a parachute in the back for breaks aswell
Sean Brennan Jeremy would probably mount a XJ2 or a W16 engine onto a snail just like what he did on the transit xD
Has Communism Ever Produced A Good Car? proved they did.
That honestly should have been a challenge at one point.
Jeremy would put a v8 and yell powaaaa
this episode is filled with awesome one liners, too many too mention!
No worries, we all just watched and heard it.
@Dan da man still got it wrong even though you watched it 🤣
Imagine driving down the motorway when a Transit van comes up behind with the driver halfway out the window trying to get as close as possible
I would think I am in a Bond, Bourne or Mission Impossible film. xD
That’s not happened to you?
Trainwreck727 quite nearly, but it doesnt have to be a van it’s everyone crammed up your ass in Florida

one thing I dislike when top gear upload vids, they remove the bit when they introduce what they've bought

Music changes are for licensing reasons. And they cut stuff out because they want you to pay to watch it all.

That drag race seems unrealistic. Vans are the fastest vehicles on British roads!
Nah, the fastest vehicles on British roads are those little black taxis.
Uh, yeah. But acceleration doesn't count - it's the way they're driven.
+puskascat Did you misspell Veyron?
It's the speed at which they're driven rather than the speed of which they are capable that makes them the fastest.
veyron is ugly old and slow lol
It cracks me when the camera man moves faster than the vans. Not used to slow moving vehicles.
That tailgating challenge is pure genius in so many levels
