Love your videos!! 28 years old and have diagnosed my self with everything from AIDS to Colon Cancer, now stuck on being convinced I have a brain tumor. I’ve been to the ER 4 times recently and have been told I’m fine. Your videos really help bring me back to reality when my anxiety flares up. Thank Youuuu
This is me as well. I was worried about my heart. I had three EKG tests. All came back normal. Then I started having palpitations again. Then i started getting headaches and worried about my brain. I also started having digestion issues so I worried about stomach cancer. It's never ending
Thanks so much this made me feel a bit better I’m only 14 and since I lost my grandad in 2019 I’ve been convinced i have a brain tumour and I’ve been to the doctors had a neurological exam had eye tests as I was having floaters and flashes and I went to the hospital because of my mental health everyone tell me I’m perfectly healthy but I don’t believe anyone and as soon as I started to get better my dad passed in August 2020 and all the progress I made just vanished and I went back to having panic attacks and feeling really low so thank for this your a godsent
Same here. I lost my grand mother and then my mother within 5 years, my dad suffered a heart attack recently and I've since then diagnosed myself with heart issues, brain issues, stomach issues and what not. I want the anxiety free life back. These constant panic attacks are tiring to the tee!
Love this!! I’ve been on this journey with you for about a year now and I’m so happy to say I’ve been treated for HA since January. Dealing with the fear of having a brain tumor based on a random sensation in my head is intellectually crazy, but scary when you count the anxiety symptoms as well/ irrational thinking. It does get better! Stay off google and STOP googling symptoms.
I know it’s been a while since you posted this but what was that weird feeling on your head like? Mine feels like I have something poke the side of my head and I just feel like I have to rub my head and move it all the time
@@LunarFridge that’s how I felt! Turns out it was just anxiety! Crazy how anxiety can make you feel weird physical symptoms. My best advice is don’t read any symptoms on the internet!! That is what cured my health anxiety.
@@jadeheart5862 yeah I know it’s health anxiety but there’s always that lingering thought that I have a tumor and it gets to me sometimes I’m glad you’re better with your anxiety and hopefully I’ll recover soon
I don’t know what’s wrong with me I always had headaches off and on for years but after reading a scary health anxiety post online it triggered this whole brain cancer spiral. I get head pressure, sweating, neck pain, that uneasy anxiety feeling, every time I think about the headache the pressure gets worst but when I’m busy it eases off. This is terrible. I have a therapy appointment coming up however :((((
That’s the thing, when you’re not thinking about it, it’s like it just disappears. And then your mind is like “oh, missing something?” And then you’re right back to thinking about it. It’s a really bad cycle. I hope things are getting better for you though! Stay strong!
@Destiny B..... Hey i am 11 year old girl I also have the same problem when I feel anything I get worried and by googling it my stress become more horrible..... I didn't tell my parents but i know I will manage it...... After this I relaxed that it's just a fool that my body is making 😂😂......... I have daily headache feeling that i have brain tumor but when I am busy headache doesn't occurs........ Well our body makes it's an April Fools everyday and that make's us stressed 😅...... Don't worry we all our healthy💪
Still makes me smile when I see the title of this vid and how smiley you are in that pic! "Chill everyone, your brains are probably fine". Cherelle, you're awesome.
Thank you for this I had this same issue thinking the worse I deal with anxiety and headaches and doctors told me it was anxiety and my headaches has gotten better doing self care activities appreciate this video.
First like and view! Love your channel. I struggle with health anxiety too along with chronic illness! So reassuring to find others with similar issues
I’m so scared that I have a brain tumor because everything went black for literally one second and then I was having an anxiety attack just to realize I blinked 💀
Hahahah I get super scared when I start feeling like I can't "think clearly" or focus until I realize is just time to go to sleep and I'm just tired 😂😂😂
I got my first panic attack last year, then had another one in February :( I have no idea where it came from, I was always so happy and felt like I was in nirvana. But after my panic attacks occurred I’ve felt so horrible. Doctors told me I had anxiety and for the past 10 months I’ve been struggling so much and wish I was my old self a year ago :(
@@jannifaasinor6302 I am back to myself and much much stronger. In reality it was anxiety all along. After going deeper into my problems I realized poor life choices and isolation from covid caused me to become very introspective. I had hypochondria brought about from thanatophobia and existentialism. I was put on Lexapro for 6 months, which actually was amazing and stopped all my panic attacks and brought me back to a state of normality where I could actually just think again. But I did not want to depend on the medicine so I stopped taking it. Started going to the gym, got a very nice job, reconnected with all my friends, bought my first car, have a new dog ❤️, and been talking to many girls! My life has drastically changed for the better! But I DID NOT DO IT ALONE. I went looking for answers, Jordan B Peterson, and many others alike made me realize just how incredibly precious life is. So yes, if you ever feel like your are depressed or anxious then take it as a sign that something in your life is not going the way you want it to, but understand that you will make it through this, and it is so much easier with the help of others and talking! I am much stronger, confident, and self aware then ever before. Reading the old comment reminded me of how I used to be, actually thankful for anxiety because it made me a better person. A person I truly wanted to become!
Yup similar story to yours. Got my first panic attack back in 2020 and haven't been the same since. It's a hell of a bumpy ride having health anxiety. You want your thoughts to go away and yet the more you try to ignore them the worse they somehow get. It's a neverending vicious cycle that never stops. It's the most hardest thing I've ever had to battle in my whole life. You have to always convince yourself that everything is perfectly alright so that you don't lose every ounce of sanity that you have left. It's the absolute worse. And what's even worse is when you don't get much support for it either. But I guess it's comforting to know that I'm not completely alone in this and that we can relate to each other on this. But stay strong, man. We have to fight this and we will win that fight in the end! ❤
Been going ceazy with vertigo and dizziness for the past month...ruining my life. Got no energy, always stopping what im doing to see if im dizzy...it's the first i think about when i wake up. Don't want to go see my gp because she'll think im crazy so i don't know what to do. Ive used up all my sick days at work...
Waking up with the thought on your mind and it being there for the rest of the day and following weeks and months is a tough pill to swallow, I hope you’re doing well! Stay strong!
Literally been doing the exact same for the past 4 months. Look into PPPD. Basically you can become so focused on being dizzy that you train yourself to be dizzy 24/7. based in anxiety but functionally will make you dizzy.
thanks for this, ive been having headaches on one side that switches for a few days now, ive assured myself its a tension headache but i always come back to the brain tumour. i had this exact worry last year but im a bit better this year due to more support outlets like my therapist. i keep giving myself symptoms and im in constant need of reassurance. once im distracted it seems to go away, this is really stressing me out though. i dont want it to ruin my summer.
I’ve been trapped with this for years but now it’s the worst it’s ever been because of more symptoms that align with brain tumor/ brain cancer. I deal with tension headaches everyday. I deal with overall weakness and fatigue, heart palpitations, and I feel off balanced. Im also very sensitive to sound. I do have blurry vision but I did see an eye dr and they said I have astigmatism and everything else looked fine but I’m fearing they missed seeing a brain tumor. I’m struggling so much right now. I’m suffering. I’m so terrified to go get it checked out in fear of hearing those dreadful words that I have it. But I know I may never get over this if it is anxiety if I don’t get it checked. I never been so scared, so lost, so hopeless. I just don’t want to die. I’m constantly trembling through out the day and I can’t sleep. Every time I try to sleep I jump up awake. I’m sorry if this comment negativity triggers anybody in any way. But I don’t know who else to reach out to anymore. I just want my life back.
I have alot of these symptoms too! Fatigue and weakness, headaches every day and even headaches in the morning 😬, I get really worried, but I have has this for soo long yet I still get scared about it!
@Samantha Collazo hope you start feeling better soon, I went to get checked out by a doctor and they really helped, and also went to the opticians, and they checked behind my eyes to see if anything was causing the pressure, but turns out that it was not a brain tumour, and I’m feeling a lot better lately! But trust me a lot of my symptoms match yours, I woke up the other day in the night and felt like I was going to pass out and went really dizzy and I keep having panic attacks , but I’m so scared of fainting 😩, haven’t had this since tho, hope your feeling okay x
@Samantha Collazo hey Samantha did you get your results? I curious to know how you are doing ,I’m sure many would like to know ...I hope everyone feels better soon 🙏🏻
I’ve spent everyday the past 4 years thinking I’m one beat away from a heart attack. Now all the sudden I have floaters, auoras, headaches, and eye twitches and convinced I have a brain tumor. This sucks, I can never just feel healthy
Thanks for this. I have mild tension in my temples that comes and goes, for about 2 months now, they don't really affect me but I always assume the worst.
@@oliverconnolly1963 Same I only have it in my right temple though and it's like a pressure feeling that but it doesn't hurt like a headache I just know it's there I got worried because I've been feeling it for 3 days
Thank you, I needed this. I've been so scared the past few days after a sudden sharp pain in my head that faded and became a dull ache that comes and goes. I think it gets worse when I'm anxious or maybe when I'm sitting in a certain position I'm not sure. I have been dealing with feelin really nauseous and sick in the mornings before this but it's not every morning. I also tend to wake up randomly at night but I don't think it's the headache that wakes me, maybe I'm so anxious I have a hard time staying asleep? Still I've been down this road before and I actually was so convinced I had something bad that I actually started having the exact symptoms I feared so it's very likely that's what's happening now. I am going to talk to my doctor about it just to be safe but in the meantime this video is reassuring,
@@fresco728 I'm doing much better, the pain is pretty much gone so that's a good sign. I think some of the pain on that side of my head and face were probably due to known dental issues, my dentist said it's possible I'm experiencing radiating pain from my infected tooth. I feel better knowing it's from something I can get fixed at least. Thanks for checking on me, I hope you're doing well. If you have health anxiety like me hang in there, things will get better :)

Buddy, I would suggest you to stop googling signs and symptoms. I know it's not easy, but when you are able to control that constant googling, remember you are doing a lot to reduce your anxiety. Hope this helps.
I'm going through the same right now and I am the same age as you and I'm so scared that I have a brain tumour just because I have a tiny headache and all my parents grandparen5s told that it's my mind and if I did have something serious like that I won't be able to be fine like this but I'm still scared so it's nice to know I'm not going through this alone

Wow, this was like you were directly speaking to me. I have had a headache on and off for 4 months now. Some days I don't feel it, then it comes back and goes again. I just wish I could calm the f down.
I watched the podcast that you did today that you posted on your Instagram I absolutely loved it so much you can see how many people you helped get on track I’m only just a few amount of time.
Its been a year already. My health anxeity is just getting worst . I was better till now but again same things getting repeat. Constant headache breathing prob nausea which makes me think of brain tumor and all the diseases. I am really very scared. I know its my anxeity but still my brain is not letting me believe.
im 14 and worry so much for myself and always tell my mom if im having headaches or anything like that. this started during quarantine and i think its because i never focused on these things before but now that i have so much free time then everything seems to be a symptom of a horrid disease.
My health anxiety is so bad that whenever i see that disease i get easily triggered by it and it freaks me out. I journal a lot everyday because it helps me but whenever i journal i never mention that specific disease. Thats how bad my health anxiety is. I dont know if its the same way for other people but thats how it has been for me. Never knew how bad health anxiety was until i got it myself. Its the worse thing ever. I dont even have a headache and it doesnt hurt that bad but its just the nasty head pressure that i tend to feel on most days and it usually goes away the moment i step outside or when i keep myself busy. I dont only just have head pressures but also neck pains and back pains and i usually wake up shaking in the middle of the night or i also my heart would usually race in the middle of the night. Ive been a different person the moment i started having a panic attack. That has changed me into a different person. I'm not the same anymore thanks to health anxiety.
I don’t have any headaches but I feel like my personality changed I’m not off balance I don’t have blurry vision for the past 2 months I’ve diagnosed myself with so many conditions idk how to feel I’m trying not to research but it’s just hard
I never think I have brain tumors but I always think that I may have a bacterial infection in my head like Encephalitis that doctors are missing or I think maybe I’m having seizures because I get these phantom smells of chemicals and then I get headaches my body feels extremely weak all the time I’ve had a ct but I don’t believe it because I constantly feel dizzy to the point I’m going to fall over and or I feel like I’ll faint. My doctors told me I’m having panic attacks but I don’t think I can believe them especially since ct scans are the least accurate of the scans. I feel like I’m going crazy and that I can’t keep going on like I am.
You’re not alone, I struggle like this as well and it’s so so hard I’m sore you’re dealing with it. You should feel a lot more assured that you are ok after a cat scan. If you REALLY still feel weird and off then I say keep pushing for answers but don’t over stress... something I’ve heard is that “stressing over things that haven’t happened is just making them happen twice”
I had a health anxiety over colon cancer, got a colonoscopy which came back fine nothing found. Now I’m having brain tumor anxiety:( because of a headache I feel came from working out. But I have an appointment just to make sure.
Ive had a headache above my right ear for 7 days now. its like a sharp tugging feeling. only 1000mg paracetamol covers the pain, not my usual 500mg dose for any pain ive had before. its worse when i cough. I now have a cold as of yestersay. not sure if this is normal . I'm also light headed and have numb right thigh. I've been thinking i may have MS also. And yes i suffer from anxiety. I just feel i go to the dr's so often now i cant go again as they dont listen to me anymore.
Well i had acid reflux symptoms about a month and half ago. I think it was from alcohol and fast eating. Then days before thanksgiving I went to visit my family and I found out they were sick with the flu and my cousin had Covid. I was talking to them literally face to face. The next day, I felt a irritation in my nose like I wanted to sneeze. Since the sneeze hasn’t came out I developed a lightheadedness and been feeling lightheaded for a week closer to 2 weeks. I developed a sneeze. I sneezed alot. The sneezing would also cause me to have a headache. The headache was more like a pressure type like behind the eyes forehead nose and throbbing temples. I have been having this pressure headache for 3 & half weeks and its constant. Its very annoying. Now I’m developing asthma symptoms. I had asthma when I was a kid. I’m wheezing now with cough and shortness of breath. But it goes away tho because it could be from the sinus or allergies. Idk what is wrong with me tho. It could be a sinus infection , I probably got Covid or something.
@samantha collazo Try fasting, at first it will be hell but push thru. I always tell my self what do I have to lose, If I die so be it, but I’m going out swinging. Hope this helps.
Iv had aching kneck and in the back of my head some times in temple area for about 7 weeks now doctor put it down to anxiety there not there as much now but still there through the day still keep thinking i have the dreaded one 😡😡, I have a slipped disc in my back also so some times keep thinking that could be the cause it’s driving me mad 😔
I watched your video on Treys channel and I could totally relate to everything and I’m glad you were able to recover. But can you please share what you added or removed from your diet to help you on your journey? I know diet plays a big part. Also anything else like meditation, gratitude etc. Thank you 😊
I came across this video because I’ve had a constant headache for 9 days now (localised to an area only on the left side towards the back of my head). I already know I have a slow growing tumour in my skull which 3 doctors agree to be bone cancer based on the imaging. My tumour is on the left side and so I can’t help but think that I’m having the headache because my tumour has started growing. It didn’t grow for the almost 7 months between my first and my last MRI, it’s now been 4 months since my last MRI and it’s meant to be another 2 months until my next MRI and neurosurgeon appointment. It’s just being monitored because it wasn’t growing which is common for this type of tumour, was confined to the bone, and surgery is extremely risky and means sacrificing my hearing on my left side. I already know I’ll eventually need surgery but this headache has me worried that surgery is coming sooner than expected.
Back here again😭 ughhh I hate when an episode happens. I recently had a vision episode and now headaches due to PMDD but my brain is like TUMOR. I had a full eye exam and my eyes are healthy nothing wrong but I’m still just a mess. 😓

I read that you can have a brain tumor for 5 years without symptoms and that one of the symptom is personality change to that’s what really scares me and has me overthinking.
Don’t forget that when you experience anxiety you are more on guard and more aware of things changing - when you are looking for personality changes that in itself is a difference in how you usually are. Take your time bro - try and relax - try some breathing exercises. You’ve got this man💙
Omgggg that's so scary. My personality seemed to change and I noticed that I can go from happy to sad and any emotion quickly and now it has me paranoid.
I have a stabbing pressure on the left side on top of my head like 5 seconds or something and then it goes away Its like a week since I have that. I threw up 4 times in january, 2 times in february and 1 time in march and it caused me to have panic attacks and now i also have health anxiety. I cant stop googling about brain tumor And i wanr it to stop. I try to meditate and breath. Its really scary and Im grateful im not alone. I hope the sensations I feel are actually not a sign of brain tumor. I have a normal balance and I dont have any vision problems so I hope thats the first sign that everything is ok?
Thanks Cherelle. I went to bed with a dull headache behind my right eye last night, woke up with it this morning. Naturally I've convinced myself I have a tumour but I'm reassured by the fact I don't have any other typical symptoms and it's likely just my anxiety. Case in point - last Friday I thought I was getting a wheezy cough and naturally convinced myself I had lung cancer. Health anxiety really is a pain in the backside...

I’ve been to the ER 4 times recently and have been told I’m fine. Your videos really help bring me back to reality when my anxiety flares up. Thank Youuuu
When the er says you're fine I'd still go to the dr for some more simple info about how to deal with it.
This is me. 😭 Idk what to believe anymore

I just got over my fear of heart attack now I think I'm having a tumor or a annueryism health anxiety sucks :/
I’m going through the same thing :( it sucks

This is me as well. I was worried about my heart. I had three EKG tests. All came back normal. Then I started having palpitations again. Then i started getting headaches and worried about my brain. I also started having digestion issues so I worried about stomach cancer. It's never ending

Thank you for this video. The brain tumour trap is a tough one to be in!
Just remember things will always get worse before they get better.
Awww baby girl, I am so sorry for you. I am sure you will get better eventually, time and sometimes some help cures everything. Chill.

Your comment made me feel better because I used to search stuff on google. You are an amazing person!! 😀😀

But after my panic attacks occurred I’ve felt so horrible. Doctors told me I had anxiety and for the past 10 months I’ve been struggling so much and wish I was my old self a year ago :(
How are you now dear

Hope you’re better now. Did you end up seeing a gp?
Literally been doing the exact same for the past 4 months. Look into PPPD. Basically you can become so focused on being dizzy that you train yourself to be dizzy 24/7. based in anxiety but functionally will make you dizzy.
Omg me too! Its terrifying. Will i ever heal? Is it a brain tumor?
thanks for this, ive been having headaches on one side that switches for a few days now, ive assured myself its a tension headache but i always come back to the brain tumour. i had this exact worry last year but im a bit better this year due to more support outlets like my therapist. i keep giving myself symptoms and im in constant need of reassurance. once im distracted it seems to go away, this is really stressing me out though. i dont want it to ruin my summer.
Thank you so much for this. Really stopped me thinking the worst case scenario

Sending positive thoughts your way

I read that you can have a brain tumor for 5 years without symptoms and that one of the symptom is personality change to that’s what really scares me and has me overthinking.
Don’t forget that when you experience anxiety you are more on guard and more aware of things changing - when you are looking for personality changes that in itself is a difference in how you usually are.
Take your time bro - try and relax - try some breathing exercises.

Does anyone feel heartbeats in head and ear?
I am lately especially with high BP diagnosis which isn’t helped by my anxiety
I do every time
I have done MRI last year but again headaches are back for the past 2 months. What do i do 😢
Don't worry... Probably it's just due to anxiety... Headaches are so common... If you have other symptoms as well, maybe you can consult with your GP... Clear all your doubts... But never ever go to Google (the mental doctor).. Don't worry we are in this together
Did you have any anxiety about the contrast MRI you went through? I'm having a contrast MRI next week and I'm worried about the side effects of the gadolinium injection they use during the MRI. My health anxiety still giving me issues despite having an MRI coming up. 😢
Update ??
Fave thing my doctor ever said to me: when you hear hooves, assume horses not zebras
As in the most common thing is usually the answer 👌
Also does anybody have any tips for therapeutic journaling for health anxiety? I’ve seen journaling prompts/guides for GAD and depression but nothing specific for health anxiety. Does anybody have anything that works for them? It would help so so so much!! Thanks in advance
Yes, do not google your symptoms! This has truly cured my intense fear of a BT. Trust your doctor to.
I don't have head aches but I get a strange brain dizzy type feeling in my head when I move certain ways or if I move my eyes certain ways but if I try to recreate the feeling by moving my body or eyes in that same way again it doesn't happen. This is been happening for 3 weeks now. It's 7 months wait for a neurologist appointment for some reason and I don't want radiation from a CT scan from the emergency room. Not sure what to do. I do have health anxiety.
Did you get any better?
I am in a trap of brain tumor since 1 year....... Cause i have mild headache left temple
Sound sensitivity
Ear fullness mild dizziness
N vision unfoccussed..... All these are sucking me ....
N my left eyebrow muscle is twitching n droopy i feel that its automatic frowning
Been going crazy with vertigo and dizziness , I have a raised sore spot on my left head side , it Hurts :( QC
Hows it doing? did you get it checked?
How can I be a doctor with this terrible health anxiety I have? Should I drop my dream of being a doctor. But I just don't feel like dropping it. I want that medical degree so bad.i don't know what to do anymore. 😓
Kya masla he apko
Same my dream is to become a doctor and here I am having health anxiety and ruining my everyday life instead of studying...
Thank you so much for this!
Can some one please tell me if you’ve experienced this before:
Feeling that vision is super strange for a bit of time - it’s super hard to explain, it feels like you are ‘out of body’ or like time is moving super strange - just a super strange feeling; super spaced out sort of feel
Please tell me if you feel this!!
It doesn’t stay forever - but sometimes it can last a few minutes (if anxiety levels are high it can take longer)
Please anyone?
Yes yes I get this! It almost feels like I’m watching life through a screen, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about and likely caused by anxiety
@@hollysmith4576 yesss!! Thank youuu - I’m starting to realise I had it as a kid too, which was concurrent with health anxiety thoughts.
Since I posted this I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and health anxiety. I was also given CBT.
The vision thing - as you said - sounds like anxiety. Biggest tell-tale sign for me is that it’s not constant. There are obvious times when it’s happening and when it’s not.
Hope you are doing well holly!!
If things get overwhelming I’m here for a chat, I know how :/ things can be sometimes. We are all in the same big boat :)

@@thom954 ah, thankyou, I’m still fairly young but have had ocd since about 11 and health anxiety ever since, Immy latest thing is worrying about brain tumours and that’s have I came across this video, I hope you’re doing well, and I’m also starting to realise my symptoms don’t happen when I’m out with friends keeping busy etc, so feeling a bit better!
@@hollysmith4576 yes! I am realising that I would fear death at a very young age - 6ish or pre 6 years old. Understanding that now and knowing what it is gives me some closure on the subject. Still now I get some :/ moments but at least I know what it is.
But ofc I still try and tell myself ‘brain tumour, brain tumour, brain tumour’ but I just have to try and block it all out.
I see you’ve followed me on insta!! Honestly, If things are tough I’m up for a chat - I know it’s hard sometimes talking about things but try it :) especially to your close friends if you feel comfortable with them!!
Don’t forget your parents and close family, remember that they care for you and will do all for you!!
Best wishes :)
@@thom954 I have requested you ok my proper Instagram account, thanks for getting back to me, good to know someone else understands:), best wishes.
Can you make a video explaining the difference between seizures and panic attacks

How are you bud? Feeling better. Don't be too hard on yourself. Talk with someone concerned, like your bff, teacher, parent or anyone.
You reliefed me. Thank you so much. I dont have brain tumor. :)

did u go to the doctor?
Thank you ❤
anxiety makes us like puppets it’s funny that how brain thinks bad about itself 😂
Thank you so much! This helped me quite a bit. I’ve had this fear since I got this stabbing headache in the left side of my head (which I now know is an ice pick headache) and as SOON as a realized it was an ice pick headache my symptoms disappeared, but I’ve had other neurological symptoms like ringing in just my left ear and numbness in just my left foot? And I was out of the brain tumor trap but then today, I started getting a headache above my left eye and the bridge of my nose and I’m just worried again because everything is on the left side and that just feels worrisome to me.
Me too !!!!
@@TheChosenOne607 omg are all your symptoms just on one side too?!
I have this too seems to be my left side. Left side of my head throbbing, behind my left eye pulsing ! My left foot numb also. Worst for me though is the back of my head which has a constant pulse which gets worse when I try to sleep feels like my whole body gets this pulse from my brain 🧠 and stops me sleeping! Getting fed up with it now 😒
@@roryjohnston6605 please tell me its gonr by now im going crazy
@@pampers7513 hi pampers sorry to say but still have it although not as intense as it was I tried to stay away from medication but eventually it got to much and dr prescribed mirtazipine which has definitely helped. I hv nose forhead numbness usually worst in the night & strange squeezing head pressure tht i keep pressing my head all the time…i went to ENT & got my sinus CT scan which is normal….but i think if sinus is ruled out thn it is brain tumour……isnt it?

Hello beautiful I watched your video on trey Jones page you are awesome I’m following you now can you do a video on panic attacks and how to mange them they are really scary
All is we need to manage in these days 😃
Health anxiety and ocd pure ocd go hand and hand .
been told i have a lesion pretty sure its been there and nothing will come of it.
headaches, i feel off balanced often and i'm having eye floaters. Went to 2 doctors and a chiropractor and they all told me its coming from my neck. I'm only 16 , no tumors in the family but i'm scare they are misdiagnosing me lmfao. Can anyone comfort me?
I'm glad you mentioned floaters! I have so many floaters. Do you have them too?
Floaters can be a sign of age. The fluid in your eyes actually starts to solidify as men get older. It's normal.
@@jeremydillon1000 I'm only 24 haha! Doesn't make any sense
I am also 24 years old or young (haha) and I have floaters since 2-3 months now. I got them around that time where I had my exams. Unfortunately they are still there! Plus I now have visual snow as well when the room is too bright because of the sun.
I have them! I notice them on my plane ride to visit family and let me tell how I genuinely wanted to jump off the plane from how bad my anxiety got! Checked it out and all is fine unfortunately we are stuck with them.. lol but please it’s a huge chance it’s all ok and getting a peace of mind is worth it!
I’m 27!
It’s like I’ll trust the doctor but I still end up having the same headache
Anyone scary right now about brain tumor?
Hello Dude ! How Are U Now
