Cherelle,if I’d known earlier about your chanel and known how all encompassing the symptoms of anxiety can be I probably wouldn’t be in the awful state I’m in now, driving myself mad with worry.Thank you for being so open about your own experiences, you have really helped me.
I agree that anxiety symptoms are fascinating and the best thing you can do is to recognise it as an anxiety symptom and accept it as such. Anxiety feeds on anxiety and becomes the cycle of anxiety. Worry over one anxiety symptom causes another anxiety symptom and so on. When I was young I would have periods of feeling swollen lumps under my jaw, went to hospital to get checked for cancer because I thought I had a lump in my throat (globus sensations). Now,many years later and a lifetime of suffering from anxiety, in the last several years I have had deafness from my ear canals swelling and closing, ear pain, extreme Tinnitus and constant mucas in the throat causing me to clear my throat and make a noise, and many other stress related symptoms. Was put on antidepressants way back in 1991 for anxiety, and they caused a dependency that meant I couldn't stop taking them for over 32 years, that only after quitting my job I was able to manage it. That was a year ago,and so I'm having to deal with the fallout from those drugs rather than dealing with the reasons behind the anxiety. So I don't recommend taking them for anxiety, they only mask the cause. Anxiety is not a chemical imbalance but a faulty thought system and taught bad habits that can be changed altered and stopped if enough effort over a period of time is put in,and knowledge and acceptance is key to that progress. That's why your channel is excellent in highlighting that however severe a symptom is,it is still a symptom of a very stressed mind and temporary and transient.

Do you get a weird falling/quick wave of dizziness feeling also? I get head pressure, the falling/dizzy quick feelings, I got that being knocked on my head feeling too the other day! It scared me… I also feel light headed sometimes
It's so baffling to me.. I know I have been with health anxiety for months now, and my worries range from lymphoma to breast cancer to autoimmune disease. Lately on top of unexplainable rashes I also have bouts of low grade fevers and night sweats. All tests showed nothing is wrong with me (tons of scans and bloodwork). Doctors are all extremely confused with what is going on with me.. one of the weirdest and unexplainable symptoms is a random red splotch that recurs on my left foot... Ultrasound, x-ray, bloodwork cannot explain it. MY best guess is its part of my anxiety induced symptoms. I think being in a constant state of anxiety for extensive periods of time can cause very unexplainable symptoms, which are probably somehow acting similarly to low grade autoimmune diseases- our anxiety is making our bodies attack itself.
My health anxiety becoming worse day by day last night i have pain in roof mouth 😭😭😭 i google it then it become more worse i not handle any more now i think i have hole in roof mouth 😭😭😭
My craziest symptoms have been 24/7 dizziness, constant nausea, blurry vision and eye floaters. I also once had a random low grade fever with extreme nausea, but no vomiting. I also had body aches with it and all of the symptoms only lasted for a single day. I chalked it up to maybe a weird 24 hour bug, but I've always wondered if it were due to anxiety. Another time, I woke up and it felt like I was over heated. I was extremely nauseous, because of feeling so hot, so i walked outside in the middle of winter and sat in the snow to cool down and then I got really shaky, threw up and had diarrhea. I believe this was also an anxiety symptom. It felt like food poisoning, but 3 other people ate exactly what I ate that day and were fine.

I’ve had a lot of weird anxiety symptoms, the one that stands out the most to me though is reactive hypoglycemia. Food triggers my blood sugars to drop to dangerous levels and so does exercise. The lowest I’ve been so far is 2.2 mmol. Doctors can’t find a reason as to why this is happening, they think it’s from my anxiety. Some others are full body pins and needles, burning sensations all over my body to the point where I feel like I’ve actually been burnt. Even the feeling of my soft bed sheets hurt my skin, I couldn’t stand it. I had this weird ‘head pressure’ feeling before that lasted 8 months, I spent most of that time in bed because I felt like my head was too heavy to hold up. One side of my face felt HUGE too. I had severe vertigo with this as well. I was really convinced that I had a brain tumor but my MRI was normal. Anxiety can be brutal, the symptoms you see online when you google it do not do it justice at all. Thank you so much for speaking out about this, it’s super helpful and makes me feel less alone ❤️
Same here!! Had reactive hypoglycemia happen to me twice. Weirdest feeling in the world when your blood sugar begins tanking after eating food. It hasn’t happened since i got my anxiety and stress in check. The human body is very weird

I’ll really appreciate. God bless you!
Hi Alena! My kids definitely will not be getting the vaccine but I’d recommend doing your own research and also going with your gut instinct. For me, right now, my gut instinct is telling me no and I want to honour that when it comes to my children. Hope this helps. ❤️

When I'm on a plane it feels like my eardrums might burst. Been checked out by scores of doctors with no real confirmed answers. Sound like anxiety? I hope so.

I get really bad sparkling in my vision, like the blue entopic phenomenon but even when looking around a light room, not just at the sky. Had my eyes tested twice and my optic nerve checked etc, no issues there at all. It is pretty much constant:( anyone else?

I had severe vertigo with this as well. I was really convinced that I had a brain tumor but my MRI was normal.
Anxiety can be brutal, the symptoms you see online when you google it do not do it justice at all. Thank you so much for speaking out about this, it’s super helpful and makes me feel less alone ❤️
Same here!! Had reactive hypoglycemia happen to me twice. Weirdest feeling in the world when your blood sugar begins tanking after eating food. It hasn’t happened since i got my anxiety and stress in check. The human body is very weird
Search Medium Medium Anthony Williams tips for reason behind all these issues that can come from Virus, toxins and pathogens. I wish I had learned his stuff before but I now I believe in Spirit of Compassion after being reluctant.
How long did the full body pins and needles last?
@@dermlover1 Sometimes they'd last a few weeks to a few months, it varied. There were times I thought they were gone completely only for it to come back again. 😔
Hi mocha I had the head pressure too! That’s crazy that someone else can relate hope you are feeling better!
cherelle did you ever experience high blood pressure caused by anxiety-related disorders?
my anxiety over my health getting worst
I’ve gotten fevers from anxiety as soon as I calmed down it went away
I have swelling in my left side under my breast I am worried about my spleen.
So my latest anxiety symptoms is hot forearms and the habit of checking under my chin for lumps! I've had terrible acid reflux which has burned my throat and caused swelling of the tonsils. Now I keep feeling for lumps under my chin thinking it's cancer :( I've caused my lymph nodes to swell I think from constantly pushing under my chin/jaw
It happened due to reflux just take ginger tea 🍵 and don't panic and don't overuse ppi just take if necessary and take sma meals that's it
did everything turn out ok?
I m dealing Now with low grade fever and heat body temperature and itchy skin burning sensation
Is your itching just normal itching or Is it like crawling sensation
Anyone get just intense dizziness and head pressure? I have other symptoms but those are the ones that just bug me non stop. For a couple of years now.
Yeah, 3 weeks and it was a stress induced migraine convinced I had a brain tumour and went to hospital x
How are you now
@@lauren4710how are you now
Yes bruhhh😭

I also have weird stop breathing episodes just when I'm about to fall asleep, like I forget to breath, it stops me from falling asleep. Like suffocating, it's bizarre and frightening.
Hot flashes and low grade fever are real signs of anxiety. I thought I was having Lymphoma or even Premature Ovarian Failure.
ever heard of uncontrolled vocalisations with myoclonus
Hi cherelle..really admire your videos!! And useful advices.. I got COVID last year in dec.. since then got fear and anxiety.. though my kids and husband got no symptoms thankfully.. I have 3 kids age 11(almost 12 in April), 7 and 4 1/2. I’m reluctant to get my kids vaccinated, due to any now or long term side effects.. but bit worried and confuse that should I get them vaccinate or not, did you vaccinate your little ones..can you suggest please!!
I would never vaccinate children with this experimental vaccine. I actually got the first series of two. And ended up with neurological issues for over a year. Please don’t! God Bless 🙏🏼💕
I have hypnic jerks as we speak it’s so hard to go anywhere any suggestions what could help
Anxiety can cause low Temps too
After every single function I have to go to I get a low grade fever😳😫
I get this too! I especially get one before medical appointments. I haven’t been allowed into some of them when they check your temp before coming in, they’re concerned I might have covid 😅
Is there anyone here that literally thinks they’re gonna have a heart attack all the time? Like constantly thinking about it?
Yes same
Cherelle, i havent talked to you for a while but i did now and i see you are wearing a ring. Are you engaged? If you are congratulations and every blessing.
Hi Anne! Yes my partner proposed on Christmas Day which was lovely! We are getting married July 23rd. ❤️
I get this thing where my right leg feels like it gets stuck if that makes sense. Like it doesn't want to go. Then my stomach sinks as it feels like I'm going to trip or fall down. So strange. I also get about 40 other symptoms including myoclonus, twitching, etc. Oh another one is - I'm always stuff up - especially my ears. Like there's fluid in there. When I'm on a plane it feels like my eardrums might burst. Been checked out by scores of doctors with no real confirmed answers. Sound like anxiety? I hope so.
I've watched every one of this ladies videos and I swear she makes it up
Then why watch
@@lxb88b don't worry, I no longer do
Have u checked ur thyroid??
Do you think you may have got these symptoms from a virus like similar to having long covid
No, it was anxiety 100%
Iv had all sorts of anxiety issues after having covid, but i have had anxiety issues in the past. I think it gets at your weaknesses, with me its probably over stimulated my nervous system
Anyone’s legs and arms hurt like feels like the circulation is weak tingling in arm and hand it’s horrible
does anyone have symptoms with their bones?
Did you ever suffer with your throat muscles?
I get really bad sparkling in my vision, like the blue entopic phenomenon but even when looking around a light room, not just at the sky. Had my eyes tested twice and my optic nerve checked etc, no issues there at all. It is pretty much constant:( anyone else?
I see a blue dot or speckle sometimes. I had my eyes checked too and everything is fine.
Perhaps ocular migraine? Stress induced and scary.
Anyone experience random muscleaches?
Bestie are you mixed with black? We look kind of similar so just asking lol.
didn't you think to do a daily vlog? :)
🙏🏾💙
Burning feet and finger tips
Has anyone ever had an abnormal ekg due to anxiety?
Me!
@@cherellethinks how does that happen?
According to the emergency department no I haven't.
Rule no 1 never get braces with health anxiety 😑😑
I get really freaked out over cognitive issues. Things like forgetfulness and confusion that seems be excessive.
My scariest one was extreme vertigo lasting hours and hours per day, nonstop. The world looked and felt like I was on a rocking boat.
This is not anxiety. It is an acute stress response. You were having olfactory hallucinations. Your sympathetic system must have been off the scale.
