You said Im gonna jump in the truck & show you something Extremely beautifull, Then you cut to Jules!!, In UK we can buy fritattas pre made from Spain, too much for just me to eat alone, so cut in half and eat 1/2 today then the other 1/2 days later. Good idea buying the RV save paying hotel bills, is it just 3 travelling You Jules & Seth?? Finally a Sunny day here in UK Summer time starts in March but forecast 2 days of Sun, Yeeaahh!! Thanks for my Birthday card on Feb 17th, 76 years old, and on my own just wallpapered front room going up stairs to top of stairs, laid carpet on stairs, painted all stairs before carpet, now thinking about laying laminate flloring in front room. got to keep active, Thanks for the video Love from Sunny UK @ 5.30 in the evening. x x
CONGRATULATIONS on joining the RV family. We love your new trailer. Our last trailer was a Cougar, and about the same year as yours and it was awesome.
Marty, 1st time ever commenting on any utube video. I'm not a drywall finisher, so I rented an orbital drywall sander after trying to sand by hand, little expense, major time saver
that mesh tape is plastic adhesive tape, the old school one was fabric and was applied with the mud, you held it in place and troweled the mud on top of pressing into the corners at the same time,
Great layout in an RV that size, love it. Sure wish I could join everyone at the Okie, but not in the cards. Looking forward to those videos with everyone though!
I like your RV. With some solar panels and batteries it can be a proper bug out trailer for you and a nice vacation home for those days. Bless you all.
That is a really nice RV. Looks very comfy inside. I agree the weather looks great there. Wish we could have gone but because of a Hospice issue here we are caregivers for an elderly Aunt who is at end of life.
Wow! That shelter roof just split in half. You made it look easy. RV? First thing I said was you need some solar panels up top. That will make a good build out video. Can't wait. Thanks for sharing.
The quote I LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER was from George Peppard playing colonel Hannibal Smith. The voice saying that quote was an imitation of Mr T playing Ba Baracas.
Hey Martin, Here is a little trick that I do when muddying as soon as I take the lid off I turn it upside down and get a piece of plastic @ least 6-8 mil thick lay it on top of your upside down and cut a close to perfect circle as I can, and when I done for the day lay the plastic on top of your wet plaster mix in your bucket. I've been doing this for years and it holds down the moister in the plaster and can save a lot of time from having to mix it everyday. and save all your plaster that would have dried up during storage.
I planned to visit the Okie homestead Expo also and even bought a t shirt. But plans have changed and now hoping this will be a big thing and happen again next year when I can get to attend.
Martin I have a suggestion for the frozen water situation for chickens. Get a tyre and fill the inner cavity with expanding foam place the water container in the tyre and seal the gaps. This will keep the water unfrozen.
Hahaha! They've had snow and rain lately...lol RV looks good, I'm not familiar with the brand, I've got a 25' Dutchman Pac and Play that's served us well for many years. It's a 2005, and yes, solar panels are very possible, just pick your layout to match roof braces and waterseal everything well!! Love ya'll ❤️
As you are going on a long trip, you might think about tire pressure and temperature monitors for your camper. They are fairly inexpensive and have saved me a lot of trouble
"I love it when a plan comes together" was definitely from the A-Team. I believe it was George Peppard's character, Col. John "Hannibal" Smith that said it...usually talking around his cigar. :-D
I suggest you paint and seal that rubber roof before attaching the solar panels too., it is a special rubber roof paint! Also watch your weight you’re adding to that RV. Be sure that you have locks on your awning to keep it from unrolling going down the road. Have fun in Oklahoma, safe travels!
Awesome buggout buggy! Mike and I were talking about your solar system and thought maybe a portable system is better. If you're traveling, the top of the camper is not ideal. And occasionally you find yourself parked in a spot where the sunshine is not always the top of your vehicle. You could park the panels on the side, or ground nearby. And store them safely in the camper.
---- that is one of the best layouts I've seen for an RV that size! Can't wait to see a video of how you put solar panels on top and hook it all up. That will be amazing! ok.... Back to BINGE watching old videos until the next one comes out. lol
Dewayne was a rv tech until he switched jobs last year. He said yes you can do solar panels and he's willing to help. Also might need to use dime dicore on the roof. The fender is available from Keystone you just have to pay the extra for freight. Congrats on the trailer.
We have a Keystone manufacturing plant here where I live. Yes please have your tires replaced cause if it’s been setting for a while there probably whether check and to need be replaced.Don’t want see you get hurt. It’s a nice trailer. I think you have room for at least four solar panels. Hope have fun trip. Stay safe and enjoy. Thanks for sharing.
Looking forward to trying your Frittata, Julie. Talking about newbie when it comes to sheetrock, Martin, but we just about never use that in Norway. Every build I have ever seen has been done with wooden plates all around. Of course different dimentions for floor, ceilings and walls, but never sheetrock. I actually think I have never seen that material at all in use here. It saves a lot of work if you only has to cover a nail hole or two or a plate seam if you feel like it. We normally just cover the walls with wallpaper and paint over it.
You should be using a little water with each tray of mud as you use it. Most drywall finishers, that use mud in buckets, add it to the whole 5 gal. because they use it so fast. A lot of finishers use the bag mud, as you can get it in different drying times. But always use a little water before applying.
One tire blew, the others will. New tires all the way around should be job one. Grease the bearings too. Then you might want to reseal the roof. Otherwise, great trailer.
For a little bit of adventure you can come through Nebraska and see the sandhill crane migration. And don't forget the sky carp AKA Canadian geese. It's best to see them between ogallala and York Nebraska Gibbon an Alda Ne has some of the best viewing area to see them.
for the chickens you can buy reptile under tank heat mats run them off a old car battery they take little electric to run. put them under the nesting bedding and under water bowl it wil stop the eggs and water from freezing and also provide the chickens with a bit of heat in the coop
Note to self. As a North Idaho resident for 53 years, shovel your roofs every chance you get. From year to year you never know how much snow your going to get each winter.😮
thats a nice little roomy camper..my back porch roof fell off the house..so i got a job to do....all new construction,,,for weight..haa..it was just a tin roof,,,to much snow 10 inches....oh well...all in a days work...stay warm guys, spring is over the hill...
Great little RV! Although unless you're really close to a military base or large city ( >50k pop.) you guys probably wouldn't need to do the Bug-Out Boogie. But perfect for trips in the US or (if the borders ever reopen) up into Canada or down to Mexico. Renogy has some 175W 12V flexible panels (60"x27") Don't know how many you could squeeze onto the roof.
Instead of water, put plastic wrap on top of the compound. Make sure it’s sealed to the sides of the container. If I’m going to store it for a long time I run it all the way up and over the sides of the container so the lid seals it.
Well heck y'all are going to be close enough that I would love to meet ya but it's during the time of my closing on a house, hopefully you'll coming back to the Oklahoma area again and maybe closer to the Lawton OK area because I would so much like to meet y'all since I've been fallowing you since you started your North Idaho homestead and my main interest was your solar build but have grown to love watching your Off Grid Living youtube show.
Sorry I won’t get to meet you in Oklahoma. My husband and I were making plans to go but the Lord called him home. My grandkids decided I needed to go Disney World with them and the only time they could go was the same weekend as the Okie homestead expo.
Very cool RV! It wouldn't be yours if you didn't have solar power to it. I sure wish I could make it to the expo. So many of the channels that I follow will be there. I'm looking forward to lots of videos from it!
Does the trailer have anti-sway bars? They make a big difference in pulling. My dad also had electric brakes on the trailer. If it started swaying a little, due to a big truck passing, all you had to do was tap the electric brake & it would stop it. Have a safe & fun trip. I wish I could go, but back problems keep me from making such a long drive, even though I am in North Texas. Blessings, Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇺🇸👍❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I so love neighbors helping neighbors!

Awesome! Can’t wait to meet y’all!
Woohoo! We are so excited you will be at the OK Homestead Expo. We will be there on Saturday. Hope we get to meet you there.
I like where the kitchen is, I like the whole lay out
Very nice! I have been watching Dutch and his family preparing for the event! I sure hope someone (s) going to be streaming it!
CONGRATULATIONS on joining the RV family. We love your new trailer. Our last trailer was a Cougar, and about the same year as yours and it was awesome.
Looking forward to the Okie Homestead Expo! 💛
Looks awesome! Can’t wait to meet y’all in a few weeks 👍🏻👊🏻
We will see you when you get here. We are hoping for great weather while you are here. Have a safe trip. God Bless
Congrats Martin on helping get the cover off of the trailer. still glad that i live in florida..
Traeger has a blanket for the smoker good for 35 degrees F or less. Helps keeps the heat in in colder temps outside.
Nice RV I'm glad it didn't get damage in roof collapse!!
Marty, 1st time ever commenting on any utube video. I'm not a drywall finisher, so I rented an orbital drywall sander after trying to sand by hand, little expense, major time saver
Thanks for the tip.
Kitchen on the end and island bed is the best!!! VERY nice👌
Very Nice 👌 I'm So glad you had help on the other RV that had damage!! God Bless and have a Wonderful Day 🙂🌷💕
Happy for your new to you RV. 😊 Use it in good health and have many safe adventures.
Congratulations on your new rv 🙌👍
I'm heading to the Okie Homestead Expo, hope to see ya all there! RV looks great, believe you'll enjoy it!

Safe travels when you go to Oklahoma. Say hi to Dutch and family for us.
Congratulations on your beautiful trailer. Enjoy the expo in Oklahoma.
See you at the Okie Homestead. I will be working there on Sat. Have a safe trip.
I like your RV. With some solar panels and batteries it can be a proper bug out trailer for you and a nice vacation home for those days. Bless you all.
Congratulations on the RV. I’m happy for you. You guys have earned it.
That is a really nice RV. Looks very comfy inside. I agree the weather looks great there. Wish we could have gone but because of a Hospice issue here we are caregivers for an elderly Aunt who is at end of life.

I love it when plan comes together, that would be Hannibal from The A Team. :)
We're so excited to see you guys again and the girls can't wait to meet you! Its going to be fun to have you guys stay at our "campground" ❤😊
The pulled pork was delicious 😋 good job. You guys are doing great.
I wish I could come. I hope you have fun and safe travel not only you and your family but everyone going.

That snow is crazy. But that is what you said you wanted 6ft of snow. I'm glad we only get a dusting once in a while then it's gone in a couple hours.
As you are going on a long trip, you might think about tire pressure and temperature monitors for your camper. They are fairly inexpensive and have saved me a lot of trouble
That was the A-Team👍🏻
I'm here.. sir and matin mrs.. greetings healthy and successful always. from Sumatra Indonesia
"I love it when a plan comes together" was definitely from the A-Team. I believe it was George Peppard's character, Col. John "Hannibal" Smith that said it...usually talking around his cigar. :-D
What camera do you use for vlogging?
i hope to be able to come and meet you two. i live in oklahoma and you will probably need that a/c when you get here, sense you are used to the cold.
Marty, u really need a corner spatula. It makes smoothing out the corners so much easier
Awesome trailer...I'm looking forward to your vacation!

I love that song that you play a lot
there is magnets that fit in outlets and when you put up drywall you use the other magnet to find outlet no more lipstick .

BTW, trailer tires should be replaced every 5 years regardless of the miles on them. They "age out" before they "wear out".
Breakfast made me hungry 😋 I’d like that with some green Tabasco

That is the plan. 👍🏻
Hannibal from the A-Team. That's his catch phrase .
Happy Saturday!
You too!
Nice rv good to see y'all

Nice RV
I was told to put a cup of dishwashing soap and mix it with your mud and it’ll keep it nice and smooth with no bubbles
Nice RV, now you guys can visit people all over the country. :)
for the chickens you can buy reptile under tank heat mats run them off a old car battery they take little electric to run. put them under the nesting bedding and under water bowl it wil stop the eggs and water from freezing and also provide the chickens with a bit of heat in the coop
you could also run the heat mats off a solar panel
i see you rocking the Demolitia shirt!

Nice job guys. Doesn't look like there's to much damage to the trailer. :)
Shawn of Keeping it Dutch channel was hoping you would come earlier to help him with his solar setup he said this on his last post on You Tube
semangat pak martin 👍🏻👍🏿
Que locura con tanta nieve. Por favor
Put cling wrap on top of the mud instead of water. It'll stop it from crusting up and having to put water and it turning too watery.
Buy a corner tool to make life easier and smooth corners faster
The RV is so cool
Hannibal Smith played by George Peppard would recite that line at the end of most episodes while smoking a cigar.
I know it’s a year later but it’s time to change your mud knife from 4 to 6 in order spread the joint seams

lesson in snowload now learned!
I hope to see full review of the battery system
Tents to cabin almost to the apartment now to RV. just thinking out loud

About the RV, I do believe this would be an awesome time to do an RV Give-Away for Your 400K coming up... 😆 Nice set-up! 👍😁🤠
Read the owners manual for the camper. Distinguish between stabilizers and the nose jack.
Check out Lumnah Acres on March 01/22 for there way of tapping sheet rock joint with a Zunder -Delko
Very cool RV! It wouldn't be yours if you didn't have solar power to it. I sure wish I could make it to the expo. So many of the channels that I follow will be there. I'm looking forward to lots of videos from it!

Thank you.
Murdock from the A Team use to say that in the show.
Get a corner mudding knife, they are about 110 degree, so you can press into the 90 degree corner! Only a few $ and way easier, and more pro looking!?
From now on, every time I see Tux licking someone's face, I am going to be unable to forget his favorite "fast food"...

Yes, that was from the A-Team.
From the A Team - Colonel John “Hannibal” Smith (George Peppard) declares, “I love it when a plan comes together”
Yes Sir!
What is it on that shed that needs all the blurring????
