Just purchased a Stealth cam and needed Boneview to view the pics. I'm very much into technology with my profession and thought it would be a piece of cake to figure out....not.. Ordered one of these from Amazon a few days ago and plugged it into my iPhone 6 plus and was prompted to download app which was no problem. But what to do with the home screen. Thank you so much for putting your video together. Direct, to the point, and easy to understand instructions that eliminate the learning curve.
True. I bought it for my Android and used it with some success. I was hoping that when he said "universal", he meant for all operating systems. I would like a few tips on why there were times my Android would not recognize the reader when I plugged it in and where I might have to go on the phone to initiate it.
Best video yet on this reader but apparently my android has a completely different POS App store because my app store doesn't offer any of the Apps described.

Mine has been working perfectly fine but one morning it said "device offline" any idea on how to fix that. Thank you

Did you find an app to work? The only app I found was one that wouldn't allow me to save the videos and the app was inconvenient
