Awesome video. Clear explanations. I am ready to do it myself. Only thing missing: would be nice to have the torque specs for the bolts in the description.

Why so much grease on back of the pads? That will just attract dirt

You’re work is good but I don’t understand why you didn’t remove the sliding pins and the rubber boots, clean them and then regreased them and put them back on. A very important part of any brake job.

Very good video. Can I use copper paste instead?

    Great vid!
On my E220D W213 I have a pulsating on my brakes which is in turn sending vibrations to the steering. It is driving me insane! I can hear pulsating at low speeds and if i press the brake gently i can feel the car speed up and down in turn while the rotations.
I recently replaced the front onside tyre which had severe wear on the inner side.
The symptoms i am getting is making me think it is a warped disc issue.
Could i be wrong in also thinking it may be a sticking calliper, sticking brake pad or even a bad wheel bearing?
I was going to strip the brakes and discs down, clean up and reinstall and go from there. Dont want to replace the discs and pads for the issue to return!
    What are your thoughts?

change the discs as they sound warped or what you can try is do some very heavy braking 70mph to like 20mph but never stop fully as you'll leave deposits on the disc do it a good 5 times and it should clean the disc.

@piovo5222 tried that in past and made no difference. I can now hear a metallic light noise and knock when driving. Defo.coming from front wheel. Pads have plenty of life. I am thinking wheel bearing. What are your thoughts?

If you are just wanting to retract the parking brake in service position for W213, you can do that with the steering wheel controls
