I would definitely change the small ruber hose ( instead of cut it off) and clean steel pipe where is connected.

Whoever cleaned the frame obviously did alot of work because I know what it takes. That said, before taking the welder to the new steel, you should have grinded down the surrounding metal to bare steel, I think that's part of the reason the welder spark isn't consistent. And before I'd ever start welding, I'd cut out the old rust, put a garden hose to my shop vac, and clean the inside of the frame. I guarantee there's 30 pounds of rust setting inside those frame rails and it sets there collecting moisture. I'm not trying to criticize, but for those of you reading this, take my advice. And for the love of everything, don't spray rubberized undercoating, or bedliner on the frame when your done, it absolutely traps moisture and makes the frame 10x worse a couple years down the road.

you are probably lucky that jump car did not surge and blow that new ECU ... i did not see no surge protectors on those battery cables .. the other thing i see ... you wasted a lot of time in diagnostics testing things that really did not need testing ... the scan codes should have been enough to replace that ECU and just program it

I just looked up those SD connect tools LOL they are not cheap ... not worth programming it yourself just find this guy and get him to do it or someone that can

Hello I currently have a 2012 jaguar XF 5.0L I recently purchased that’s having the same issue with the key and one thing I noticed was some of the key fuse spaces were missing so is it possible I have the wrong fuse for my car? Or could something like that be repaired

Since everything was disassembled I would have tried cleaning all of the connectors and contacts.

Thanks for this. Knowing why is great. My battery ran down and I trickle charged but didn't disconnect it and got this issue. I disconnected the battery and reconnected and the fault was gone. So the module may have got corrupted but it did reset on completely powering down the car.

You are amaing, you fixed that sensor without any instructions. I am from UK wales, and just bought the same sensor today. Seems like I had an after market one fixed from previous owner. I am getting all those lights but different error codes, mainly turbo underboost, which seems can be caused by a faulty Exhaust pressure sensor. Will try to fix today and see how it goes.

shocking welds and absolutly no strength there at all just a cover up job...welding with bare arms and neck aswell as your face exposed to radiation burns from the welding....but it was entertain to watch...ha ha

would putting threadlock (blue or red) fix the problem with the old bolt and stripped threads?

Great work there brother, I got the same problem with my350e, compressor is ok and confirmed by the AA report. The AA guy thinks it’s the control module (Pressure Accumulator Valve) was the fault reported on his scan tool. I was wondering if you had to do re orientation with the ECU even though it was a parts match. Also, did you ever pull the old control unit apart to have a look at the motherboard. Maybe you can do a further video on it. Thanks for all your hard work.
