Side note: pulcra (pronounced exactly like Pulchra here) is a spanish word that means clean, orderly, free of filth, well kept. Fitting name to a fallen-to-chaos planet
The word "Pulchra" also means beautiful in Latin. Fitting since it was Slaanesh who corrupted the planet.
And lupis mortem in Latin roughly translates to death wolves or death by wolves

This totally official and canon series of books by Geno Cidal McFuri Hayter are my favorite in the entire Scouring of The Fylth Stars.
The way these Templars just uphold the Emperor's will by annihilating the Furling scourge brought me genuine tears of pride.

The worst thing about this? Switch out “furry” with “Beastmen” and you can turn-key this into a legit Black Library novel. Title: The Beasts of Pulchra.
Given the full lore, that's not enough. These things are chaos spawn after nurgle and slaanesh combined into a single chaos god. They then unleashed a plague of degeneracy that worked as essentially transmittable chaos corruption.
So rather than beastmen, they are beasts of the new god. If games workshop added this, it'd be a terrifying threat that is beyond the scope of anything that has come before.
