Did this tonight after my first official running event! A 5.6k and I finished within the time limit, with just a single 2 min walking interval needed (it ain't much but I came from nowhere; 0 endurance and a very damaged relationship with sports). I had a slight twinge in my back when I finished running today,but after doing these stretches it seems to have gone.I can't thank you enough for helping me get over my dislike of this kind of exercise.Your pre and post run stretches are really helping.When I get fitter I'll go on to your longer periods of exercise.

I came across your pre run and post run stretches this morning and did one of your longer pre-run stretches and the five min post run stretch on my return. The run/walk session was so much better than anticipated and I ran more than I walked. I truly felt the benefit of doing both sets of stretches. Thank you.

I just started running and I was honestly feeling really great and light after my first run in ages but I realized I should do a stretch too (which I usually hate doing) but this stretch actually made me feel even better. So thank you for what you do!!!
I had pretty noticeable back pain after the first set of exercises in this routine. I had to stop but the pain persisted. I'm 40 years old and only started running a year ago and I think this routine assumes a certain level of flexibility and core strength that I and many others won't have. I think you should warn people of that early on in the video.
I use your pre run and post run routines religiously! I’ve been running for a couple months but am a relatively beginner runner so I’m just now starting to understand the importance of stretching*. I swear your routines are the reason I’ve improved my running! A million thanks!

My main issue after running track at school was always that they didn't give us time to stretch so I was stiff as a board for the next 3 days and could barely even walk 😅 I just started running on my own now and have been using this video and the aches are gone!! I still feel that my muscles worked out as I'm not a sportsy person, but I can still normally do everyday activities now so thank you for this video ❤️ The reminders to keep breathing throughout are super helpful too!

Im a beginner Young runner who started about 20 days ago with no running experience. today i ran my first 2.5 mile run in twenty five minutes, which is good for me. I didnt have a lot of time to stretch so this helped!

Im 19 and I’ve been running since I could walk 😆 and compeated in highschool- but im so impatient and I hate stretching 😑 today I ran 10 miles but couldn’t find the energy to do my stretch routine , so I’m sooo grateful I found this!! Little run. Too hot in the afternoon, but i have to believe every little run helps! Thanks for great mini cool down. Love that last stretch. Wide legged foreward fold with twist.

Im 19 and I’ve been running since I could walk 😆 and compeated in highschool- but im so impatient and I hate stretching 😑 today I ran 10 miles but couldn’t find the energy to do my stretch routine , so I’m sooo grateful I found this!! Saved me from being too sore to walk tomorrow ✨ gave me no choice but to stretch
