    I was going to skip stretch as i am in a rush, but i when i searched and found the 5 min stretch, i figured there was no excuse. So happy i did it now. Thanks ash.

    I hate stretching and used to skip it all the time before until I found this video! I’ve been using this exact routine for years now and haven’t missed stretching ever since I found it. It’s quick, easy and improves my performance. Honestly, can’t thank you enough for posting these videos, keep it up, we all need it! 😊♥️

    Did this tonight after my first official running event! A 5.6k and I finished within the time limit, with just a single 2 min walking interval needed (it ain't much but I came from nowhere; 0 endurance and a very damaged relationship with sports). Grateful for your videos and your welcoming positive energy Ash!

    Thank you so much for helping me through the Couch to 5k programme, I was an unfit 57 year old 16 stone man who has never run before, your positive attitude and energy as well as the great exercises for a not so supple body has helped me continue through the last 9 weeks, I will continue watching and participating in your videos as I continue getting fitter, thanks again Ash 👍 🏃

    Thanks Ash. These 5 minute post run stretches are so effective and easy peasy. I never feel like doing a stretch after a run but these bite size gems get me every time-they’re so quick and so intuitive, and they consistently leave me feeling better, so I gotta do them!

    I had a slight twinge in my back when I finished running today,but after doing these stretches it seems to have gone.I can't thank you enough for helping me get over my dislike of this kind of exercise.Your pre and post run stretches are really helping.When I get fitter I'll go on to your longer periods of exercise.

    I am trying to return to running after injury and an extended break. I came across your pre run and post run stretches this morning and did one of your longer pre-run stretches and the five min post run stretch on my return. The run/walk session was so much better than anticipated and I ran more than I walked. I truly felt the benefit of doing both sets of stretches. Thank you.

    I just started running and I was honestly feeling really great and light after my first run in ages but I realized I should do a stretch too (which I usually hate doing) but this stretch actually made me feel even better. So thank you for what you do!!!

    I had pretty noticeable back pain after the first set of exercises in this routine. I had to stop but the pain persisted. I'm 40 years old and only started running a year ago and I think this routine assumes a certain level of flexibility and core strength that I and many others won't have. I think you should warn people of that early on in the video.

    I’m one week away from my second half marathon (last one was 5 years ago) and just wanted to THANK you for all the content here.     training for a half and did minimal stretching after 14k and was pretty sore. today got to 16.5k and hoping your stretch techniques will aide the recovery. cheers!

    I did the pre run and post run stretches and I 'm sure that's why my legs didn't feel dead after running today. Thanks so much for helping me to run further and faster. I'm a beginner runner and I need all the help I can get.

    I have tried 3 of your other longer stretches, I think this one is my favorite. For my specific muscle tightness I feel that this one targets where I need it most.

    My main issue after running track at school was always that they didn't give us time to stretch so I was stiff as a board for the next 3 days and could barely even walk 😅 I just started running on my own now and have been using this video and the aches are gone!! I still feel that my muscles worked out as I'm not a sportsy person, but I can still normally do everyday activities now so thank you for this video ❤️ The reminders to keep breathing throughout are super helpful too!

    Im a beginner Young runner who started about 20 days ago with no running experience. today i ran my first 2.5 mile run in twenty five minutes, which is good for me. I didnt have a lot of time to stretch so this helped!

    I do this or the 10 minute dynamic stretch after a run and it feels so good. Stretching aside though you have the most comforting voice.

    that felt amazing!! especially the shoulder/upper back stretch with the hands out front. i’ve never done that one but it was perfect for my shoulders that always tighten up during my run. Thanks Ash!!

    Little run. Too hot in the afternoon, but i have to believe every little run helps! Thanks for great mini cool down. Love that last stretch. Wide legged foreward fold with twist.

    Im 19 and I’ve been running since I could walk 😆 and compeated in highschool- but im so impatient and I hate stretching 😑 today I ran 10 miles but couldn’t find the energy to do my stretch routine , so I’m sooo grateful I found this!! Saved me from being too sore to walk tomorrow ✨ gave me no choice but to stretch
