Been doing fairly straightforward strength and hypertrophy work for most of this year as I lose weight and results have been good. These vids give me some cool ideas for stuff to do when I start bulking! I want to throw stuff like this in every now and then just for variety and enjoyment, even if it doesn’t strictly increase my bench or whatever.

    • @MrCarstennielsen

when avoiding shaking, moves are much more stable and so potential involving tissue; Maybe we, you and me and others suffering shaking, experience less than best possible gains due ot lack of ability to not panicly contract before reaching final destination of the rep, in the end of the rep and so bring the move to end calm and controlled, without stress, stress induces cortisol etc. and so may be benefitting from doing this in more than musclestimulative manner only, as this allso becomes mind and so neurotransmitter and hormornal involvement.

For example, my right pec (which is my preferred side) is stronger than my left, but visibly smaller in size. How do you fix it? Is it using more weight on that side? Is it doing a few extra reps on that side? Or more sets on that side? Maybe you can make a video on the topic some time.
