After spending HOURS on the phone with my provider,after the provider had me restart my phone a dozen or more times, and after they were still unable to help me, the first few seconds of this video fixed my problem INSTANTLY. I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. May God bless you for helping me and so many others. 🙏 I only wish I had thought to consult RUclips before contacting my providers and descending into tears and a stress headache. 🙄

I don’t have an android phone but I constantly have to look up how to do things for an older cousin. You don’t want to know how many things I looked up or how many steps I had to go through. I put in a lot of time and effort but still no incoming or outgoing calls for two days. Then I found you. Now she calls me her “Cousin The Genius” but it’s really you. Thank You!

So far I did the phone one in the permissions were on so that's not the problem ... going to try the others .
Edit .. I can't do the last one because I don't know what is all backed up on my son's computer or not but I'm getting really worried here my only choice now is to try the first one you suggest and hope that works

Network but it says stuff about Wi-Fi and other things but nothing about a SIM card ... ?
It has a message that once you press that button that all actions cannot be undone .
Can you please tell me what's the WORST that could happen ?

thankyou for releasing this video, my dads phone stop being able to call when he was hospitalized and i had no way to contact him other than calling the hospital directly , reseting the network settings got everying up and working again

Resetting my network setting and then restarting my phone worked for me, thank you!
This was Great, the only video that made it clear what to do. My phone is working on incoming and outgoing calls again.

Thank you very much! My Dad's phone stopped being able to make or receive calls and I had no idea how to fix it. I was ready to call his provider to see if they could fix it, but had to wait till the next morning, but this fixed everything! Thank you again!

Man I'd hug you if I could. It was only a matter of checking the phone app on mine and force stopping the phone services app. Phone hadn't made a call in 2 days but was receiving them fine. Thanks a mil👍

I had mint mobile and been experiencing so many issues when doing calls, like it wouldn't ring, it would be all muffled, can't hear people and people can't hear me, I did what I saw on the video and then I made a call crystal clear like new. THANK you.

When you reset everything do you lose pictures?
That network reset does work! It somehow resets the data on the sim as I did the reset on another phone for another device that wasn't working with that particular sim, awesome thanks

Thanks, this work for my phone nokia c30. My calls where forwarding straight away as I called, so I did all the steps but didn't clear phone data. Now it's working

@@lexbeltran1354 I found the the 4G phone I thought I bought, brand new, from Amazon, was a 3G phone. The seller lied about it. 3G was shut down as the phone company said it would do, but as they had the IMEI numbers of the phones, I think they could have made some effort to contact me, a 15 year client, instead of just shutting them down. I had to get new phones and switched providers.
