Well disabling 5G helps receiving calls. But this is not an optimal solution. Everyone else in my family who has not a Galaxy phone is able to receive calls while being in 5g
I would like to find some information that starts with the assumption that the phone was working fine, no settings were changed and then the phone is not working. I'm not in airplane mode, I don't have DND on and, if I did, my contacts would get through. I am in a strong signal area. The phone just stops getting calls. Restarting the phone works but I've missed calls in the meantime.

Do not disturb block phone and texting! I have alway used DND, with contacts Allowed. It does not work that way with the S24.

What kind of SIM are you using? Does the phone stops getting calls at every location or at any precise location?
I have the same issue. The calls just stop working at some point completely irregardless of where I am
