This happened to my phone and i went to a phone repair shop to get the fixed and I was quoted €150 which is almost how much I paid for my phone, I got home and a friend suggested that I try to fix it myself with the help of youtube and after countless hours I came upon this video and I fixed my phone for free 🤣 thanks for saving me €150

Samsung just told me to clean the port and use another charger. Did not work, so this comment relates to me a lot.

I don't usually comment on RUclips videos. But I really wanna say a big thank you to u. My phone suddenly stopped working completely. It wasn't turning on. My dad took the phone to a phone repair centre. They couldn’t open it either. Then I watched this video and it worked immediately. Otherwise I would have to buy a new phone. SO grateful for this video. My son's phone just died out of the blue and if you know teens then you understand when I say you'd have thought life ended as he knew it! LOL. You also have the problem of touch first or not beacuse my phone have problems first in touch then i reset the phone and then the screan becomes black

Hi, There. today is 7th April 2024 when I saw your video. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You help a lot of people even until now. You are a legend.
It worked! At first I tried the start button+ volume up for 15s and nothing happened so I left it charging. After couple of minutes the charging icon appeared and it turned on "odin mode" which tells you to hold start button + volume down for 7s to restart. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
It worked, thank you! I went thru the process from start to finish at least 6 times and it just popped on during the deep massage phase. Had some black bars still but they disappeared upon reset.

Thank you so much. First option worked. At first I thought it did not work. Held down the power and volume up button for 15 seconds. Kept flashing the power mode saying 0%. After trying the first option and not getting it to cycle on , I went to plug in the phone for second option and all of a sudden opened up the screen you showed in 1st option then I simply pressed the power button and everything turned back on. I was so upset when I charged the phone for 1 hour and still had a black screen. Thanks again for sharing this.

Thank you, note20 5G went blank and after many attempts following the steps in your video, it finally rebooted - interestingly, my phone showed 1% at reboot but upon turning on it went to 100%
Thank you for the Fast charging tips - the Note20 has "Fast Charging, Super Fast Charging and Fast wireless charging modes" and I think due to different chargers used around the house the fast charging setting was the issue - Fast Charging modes now turned OFF because I use a variety of chargers, including in the car - thanks
