Thank you! I had tried several other "fixes" but my calls kept going directly to VM ever since my new Galaxy Tab A8 updated the phone app. When you showed the Automatic Answer option and to make certain it was off, that fixed my problem! Why it is set to default as on when you apply the update I don't know. So thank you for pointing that out.
After a dozen calls with T Mobile's "Experts" in the Philippines including a marathon 2 hour call just now asking why my phone sends calls directly to voice mail, I stumbled across your video. I was ready to dismiss it, as so many of these "how to" youtube videos are worthless. Buyt your tip at 3.25 on disabling the new (and very dumb) Block Unknown/Private numbers solved my problem. Thx
@@greggteodoro In my experience, all the PHI call centers (Samsung's, LG's, etc.) are pretty worthless. They're all VERY polite and promise that they can & will resolve your problems, but almost never do unless the problems are so simple you could have solved them yourself. Samsung's call center is unable to solve any tech issues beyond the most simple. LG's is the same, PLUS they will hangs up if you then ask to speak to a senior tech or manager (I tried that three days in a row with three different techs, all of whom replied "Sure, please hold for a moment while I connect you!" then each one hung up on me). If you really need tech support on an LG product, you're probably screwed.
Palm to face: Freakin’ mute switch. What’s messed up is that I had this issue before-couldn’t figure out wtf with my phone-I was missing calls, didn’t get the little tone when plugging into the charger, etc., and I forgot this time around about the mute switch. Geez 🙄 😂 But hey, thank you for the help Lenz. 👍
None of those worked, but I was told to uninstall a Verizon app called One Time Dialer - and instantly had my phone back, so you should include this as well.
My microphone has stopped working where the person on the other end cannot hear me unless I have it on speaker phone. How to reset mic or troubleshoot functionality. PLEASE HELP!! GALAXY A32 5G.
Lol. The problem with these videos is that every bloody type of phone and every damn model is different. You're only in luck if we have the same phone as u do. Too many damn unnecessary options in phones these days.
Lenz, thanks so much! I did the network reset and it worked. I was prepared to do a factory reset. I am not impressed with Samsung phones!
Glad I could help

Yeah sometimes it's best to do it yourself than always call customer service because they have limited access on your phone. Don't be malafan ok
